Girls biking

Six women stayed here to cycle the Blue Ridge Parkway and surrounds. Waller Lodge could not have been more perfect. Beautifully redone, clean, great layout, good sleeping spaces and a porch with a view to die for. This will be an annual visit. Thank you Jamie!

We were only in Wintergreen for the weekend for my nephews wedding, wish we had more time to enjoy the mountain! The house was very cute and perfect for my family of 5. The house was very clean and the view was breathtaking! The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and view of the sunrise!

Great location with a wonderful view. The house was nicely clean and the bedding was good quality. The property needs a dual zone control system for the heating. Upstairs was too warm and downstairs cold. The vent ducts are exposed, looks nice but very noisy. Windows need curtains to sleep in and to help against the cold - it was chilly to sleep by the window on the second floor bedroom.

Can't wait to visit again

This cabin was so cute! I loved that it was not at the top of the mountain for a shorter drive home. We always love visiting wintergreen and its even better when you can find a property such as this. I can imagine the view in the winter is wonderful when the trees are bare. Look forward to another visit soon!

Perfect Wintergeen restreat

The view from the house is special - we loved hearing the sounds of crickets and birds in the evenings and watching sunrise. The house was comfortable and practical - appreciated having lots of hooks to hang towels and bags, The kids room with 4 beds and a sofa was perfect for our gang. We had a great stay. And owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great House, Great View

Beautifully renovated home that was a perfect getaway for our family. Great mountain views for a morning coffee on the back porch, including countless butterflies and several hummingbirds, attracted by all the wild flowers on the hillside. Contrary to previous negative reviews, the house was very well stocked with everything that we could have needed.

Could have used some extras in the kitchen. Outdoor Chairs need updated, they were broken. Overall it was very nice and Cozy. The location & scenery were very nice as well. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Wonderful House!

We had a great time at this house! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. so that we could cook dinner there both nights. The view is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for 2 families and the kids loved the bunk room! Jamie was great to work with and was quick to respond to my messages. It is conveniently located by the ski slopes so it was easy for us to ski for the day. We are already discussing staying here again next year!

Beautiful view!

The view from this house can’t be beat — and the sunrises are the best we’ve ever seen!! House is comfy and decorated really cute! Our only complaint is that there wasn’t any place to put our clothes in the master bedroom (closet is locked for owner) and the armoire is full of towels and sheets. We loved the plentiful supply of fire wood and cozy blankets! The owner was super responsive!

Cute cottage

We enjoyed the house. The only two things to note are that, though the house can sleep 10, 8 of the people would have to share 1 bathroom. Also, the house is very small, and could not accommodate our family gathering of 13 people for dinner. Other than that, it was very comfortable for 5 adults staying there for the weekend.
