Summary:
Our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 12 guests. We have hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept floor plan, a washer + dryer, and more. Two mins from downtown Clarksville/APU, 20 minutes from Campbell, & 45 minutes from Nashville! Family and friends will love this stay! Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Spacious backyard for children and pets to enjoy outdoors. Renovated hardwood floors and open kitchen that is great for cooking and spending quality time with family and friends. The outdoor fire pit is a great way to enjoy the outdoor area. House is also equipped with washer and dryer and large living room with 50 inch tv and Roku. High speed internet available for guests.

Guest Access:
There's a lockbox on the front door with a key inside. We will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. You will have the entire place!

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful neighborhood perfect for a getaway. Close to downtown shopping area and Ft Campbell

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We have a shared driveway with our neighbors and have space to fit 2 cars max in front of our home. Street parking is available, but some guests have suggested it's not ideal due to a hill that makes it hard to see. Please take this into consideration when booking our home.

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We always welcome guests who want to stay for longer periods of time!

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
I am currently deployed with the Army, but we have plenty of friends and family in the area that can help if you have any issues. Otherwise, the house should be all set up for you!
