Bright windows fill the home with natural light, while the open layout and welcoming design make it ideal for families, friends, or longer stays. With a prime location just minutes from shopping and dining, 12 minutes to Austin Peay State University, and 20 minutes to Fort Campbell, this home offers both convenience and comfort.
Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with dining seating for six, Smart TVs in every room, and multiple spaces to relax, work, or gather. Step outside to enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a fully fenced yard—perfect for kids and dogs alike. Family-friendly amenities like a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and board games make this home especially well-suited for traveling families.

-Please keep pets off all furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees.
-Please keep your dog leashed when not in fenced area of the yard.
-We are located in an area where wildlife may be present in the backyard or nearby wooded areas. Animals may include deer, racoons or coyotes. Guests assume responsibility for supervising their pets and children outdoors.
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book
-No parties allowed, Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors :)
