WIFI te permite mantenerte conectado. Disfrute cocinando en la cocina moderna con estufa eléctrica con tapa de vidrio, microondas retro, refrigerador grande y lavaplatos. Los armarios están completamente equipados con equipos para cocinar y disfrutar de sus comidas. Cene en la mesa con borde de cerezo personalizado de 51 "con capacidad para 2 personas. Fabulous stay!

We had the most wonderful visit! The cottage was adorable and nestled on beautiful farm land. It exceeded all of our expectations! Our hosts were absolutely delightful and provided all of the comforts of home… and more! (including farm fresh eggs and the most delicious homemade blueberry scones). When the property listing says it is pet friendly, they weren’t kidding! The host provided a sofa cover, dog bowls, and grain free treats for our dog Lily. It was the perfect vacation spot and we look forward to our next visit.Thank you so much, Carol!

Great experience

We wanted to get away from the city for a few days and our stay was everything we had hoped for. The house is beautiful, the scenery is great, we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. There’s a reason why this property has great reviews !

Great Rental

Rental was extremely clean & well furnished. Wonderful view. Thoughtful touches like fresh eggs, freshly baked blueberry scones, fresh flowers, candy & even dog treats. The fenced in yard for our dog was greatly appreciated. Our dog found the chickens, rosters, emus & burros very interesting. The property is very well maintained & the owners are close by but give you privacy. Highly recommend.

Totally Awesome

Carol and Pete are the consummate hosts! This cottage is pristine- looking like no one has ever stayed here before us. The fresh blueberry scones, farm fresh eggs, and treats for our dog welcomed us. The kitchen is better stocked than ours at home with high quality dishes, glassware, and all the tools you need. Even the coffee was delicious!

Wonderful Property!

We had a wonderful stay for our long weekend! Carol and Pete have an amazing property and everything was better than expected! The blueberry scones and fresh eggs that were waiting for us was such a thoughtful touch! They even left treats and a couch cover for our dog, Finn, who also had a wonderful time. The animals on the farm were very friendly and fun to interact with. The Mod Pos was cute and cozy, and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a bonus!!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property if you are staying I. The area!! E.

Our 3rd Stay

My husband and I had another wonderful stay on Carol's property in May. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we are in the area. From the moment of our arrival, we are welcomed by Carol and her delicious scones and fresh eggs from her chickens. We feel relaxed as soon as we open the door. The only disappointment we experienced was having to leave! We can't wait for our next visit!

Lovely anniversary trip

The ModPod was the perfect location for us. We were able to do so much from this location. Lots to see and do within a 30 to 60 minute drive. We easily fit Hershey Park, Lancaster, Antiquing in Adamstown, and Gettysburg all into the three full days we had in Columbia. It was a treat to arrive to a full tray of homemade blueberry scones. We loved watching the farm animals and deer through the gorgeous large windows. Sitting outside in the screened porch made our morning coffee even better. Our dog loved her stay too and she was warmly welcomed. We look forward to making our way back.

Unbelievably relaxing and peaceful

It started with Carol and Pete bring us the most delicious home made scones for our breakfast for the next three mornings. The house was so beautiful and well equipped for all your needs. The grounds are well maintained and are the home to donkeys, chickens ( that will provide you with fresh eggs) emus & some neighbors cows.The atmosphere is nothing but peaceful. The only bad part of the weekend was having to leave, but we plan and hope to return.

Exceeded all expectations!

What a gem! This little house is professionally designed inside and out. Perfect for two and the nicest dog friendly place I have ever been. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need- you could cook a thanksgiving dinner! We had no challenges cooking and it was all high-end pans etc. Not only is there an outdoor grill, but also a gas fire pit and Egg grill to cook on. We had fun experimenting with that. Farm fresh eggs were waiting for us as were warm freshly baked blueberry scones. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Pete and Carol have added lovely touches throughout- leather couch, dog treats, little chocolates, a gas fireplace/heater in bedroom, outdoor shower! They are lovely hosts and go out their way to make sure you have everything you need. There was a huge fully fenced in yard that our husky loved. Chickens walk the property and there were cows, donkeys, emu’s and deer! A really charming area. We loved sitting in the screened in porch to watch the sunrise. We will be back!

Last Minute Stay

We decided last minute to take a little getaway. No decision on where we were going, we found your listing and it sounded perfect. The online booking, communication, Cottage and our 3 nights were wonderful. We were centrally located, it was peaceful, clean and private. We enjoyed barbequing and sitting out on the back porch to have dinner, watching the deer come through, loved listening to the chickens, and even the Roosters. I also loved the blueberry scones, they kept calling my name and I couldn't resist them (would love the recipe). The fresh eggs were delicious too. I would very highly recommend a stay here, I've already thought of a few friends that I'm going to mention these cottages to. Thank you!!!

Eastern PA Farm Cottage

My wife and I stayed at this excellent "couple"cottage with our Scottish Terrier near the end of June'23 for several days while visiting friends. It was perfect for our visit with a fenced in backyard for our dog. Check in was quick and painless using a keypad. We had one bedroom and bath and living room with well stocked kitchen. Plus a screened in porch with table and chairs with a view of a large field and wooded hillside. The view from a very large picture window in the living room was also terrific. The property has multiple dwellings but was extremely quiet and private. This is a perfect place for a couple desiring privacy in a farm and country setting complete with chickens, Emu, and donkeys. Oh and the hosts had prepared some warm blueberry scones and fresh eggs when we checked in our cottage. Nice touch!!!
