Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Simply return key to lock box by entering the code and pressing down on the lock mechanism and closing
Soiled baby diapers and bagged dog poop cannot be left on the premises.
If sheets were used to cover bedding and furniture please wash and dry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
– Dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee is required. Excessive pet hair will result in a $150 additional cleaning fee.
If inside blankets are removed and drag along the ground outside. An additional $10 fee will be applied
Soiled diapers and bagged dog poop are not allowed in the inside trash. Please grab trash bag, keep outside and take when departing

This cabin is a gem! It's a gorgeous home with lots of amenities. Very pet friendly. Such a beautiful and private location with amazing views and hiking basically out the back door. Lots of wildlife nearby and the town of Black Mountain is so much fun. While this trip was just two of us and our dog, the place would be idea for a large or multiple families as well. The owners were very nice, easy to contact and always helpful!
