Escape to your own secluded mountain retreat with this stunning home boasting a unique and stylish design. Relax in the spa-like master suite featuring luxurious finishes and a soaking tub with it`s own calming electric fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors on the large porch with a fire table, perfect for gathering with loved ones. As a guest of this property, you`ll have access to all of the amenities offered at Sapphire Valley, including hiking trails, golf, fitness center, arcade and swimming pools. Kids will love the extra touch of the bunk room stocked with toys. Treat yourself to a luxurious mountain vacation in this one-of-a-kind home.


The pool and arcade are at the recreation center. Golf is open to the public so just book tee times in person or online. * Not all Sapphire Valley activities are free. A $5 amenities card required for each guest using the facility 14+ in age. *
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.

Our host Stephanie quickly responded to any questions I had to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children! The house was clean and stocked well with cooking utensils and supplies for our stay. The 3 King Bedrooms were a bonus that allowed all 3 couples a comfortable stay!

The property was perfect for our two families with little ones ranging from babies to 6 years. Plenty of room in the king suites to set up travel cribs for the babies. Everything we needed was in the house and the kids room was a big hit with the older kids. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and the entire portery was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very well kept and very well appointed! The outside facilities were amazing. Great to sit out back with the fire table on in a cool evening. Appliances and furnishings were absolutely fantastic! Stephanie was quick to reply to any questions we may have had. Highly recommend this location for your next getaway!

Pack you clothes…that’s it! This home is fully loaded with all the necessities and then some! While the home is in a gated “community” it felt very private. We were able to enjoy the home itself so much that we skipped our dinner reservations and cooked at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully equipped!! This truly felt like our home away from home and we are hoping to make this our annual getaway! From the cheese/butter knives, to the pots and pans, high quality stemware, and all the extras. We kept saying everything is so well appointed! We drove over to downtown Highlands one day and felt so welcomed by the locals and shop owners! I would highly recommend this for a girls’ weekend, family retreat, guys getaway, couples trip…any and everything. Just bring your clothes and your favorite people and relax!
