Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all towels in the hamper in main bathroom on first floor. Leave beds undone, do not strip the beds.
Please bring hot tub temperature to 98 degrees and cover the hot tub.
Please lower the house thermostat to 62 degrees in winter and 76 degrees in summer.
Turn off the mini split AC in the loft area before you leave.
Please leave all curtains open and turn all lights off.
Please make sure to lock both sliding glass doors. When leaving press the lock button on the door lock screen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our property is in a small quiet community and sits on a quiet end of the road. It sits in Southwestern Apalachia near the Nantahala National Forest and the great outdoors of Western North Carolina.
