We are being blamed for wrecking the Ipad to operate the pool. There are NO instructions in their binder. A large garbage can was left in the garage with an old garbage bag in it. The house and garage were full of thousands of fruit flies. We eventually were able to eliminate them. We also had an ant problem in two bathrooms. When I texted the management company about these things ,I was told I was making these issues up because we broke the pool. I will not rent through them again. We are VRBO owners and follow rules that are clearly stated. Very disappointed.
