In Laval, a small village near Quillan, lies our Ostal del Solelh (House of Light). A former inn that now houses our gites. A touch of authenticity mixed with modern conveniences. Where you are surrounded by nature and the starry sky is still clear. Where your phone is superfluous and social media is no longer important. Because locals people love to chat and rarely post on social media.

Back to basics: nature, starry sky, simple but good food. Come; experience and enjoy the simple life. So that you can return to the everyday world just around the corner recharged.

un havre de paix pour se ressourcer et tous ce qu'il pour ce rafraichir. un accueil en live avec le propriétaire , comme avant "pas de boite a clefs" j'y retournerai .

Midden in de natuur en dichtbij Quillan

Mooie gite met uitzicht op de bergen. Midden in de natuur en toch vlakbij Quillan. Fijne plungepool en buitendouche op relaxt terras met optimale privacy (nergens inkijk). Heel compleet qua inrichting.Eenvoudige maar goede maaltijdservice en we konden zelfs een lekker menu eten in hun salon. We vinden het een aanrader want Sicco en Marina zijn een goede gastheer-/vrouw en hadden leuke tips voor uitstapjes in de buurt. We gaan zeker terug.

Why they chose this property

We love the sun, the ‘Catalan meets free spirit’ vibes in the town of Quillan and the friendly people in Laval. At the feed of the Pyrenees nature seams as authentic as our building is: originally a auberge where guest stayed over for a simple drink or a sleep. The quietness and inspiration is something worth sharing.
We would love the mingle out guest with the people from Lavalle and Quillan so that they can inspire eachother.

What makes this property unique

The authentic Auberge which roots can be found in the positive energy. Its were old meets comfort.
Every view from the house shows mountains and nature and in the evening the twinkling stars look down on you.
We provide guest as much as possible, helping them to have the holiday of their dreams.
