Newly constructed with modern furnishings! Marazul Belize Villa 622 is a spacious, modern second-floor condo offering direct, striking views of the Caribbean Sea. This spacious unit is designed for maximum comfort, making it an ideal choice for families and friends.

The elevated position ensures unobstructed views from your private balcony. The building is located directly on the beach, putting the shared pool, hot tub, and community pier/dock within easy reach via the building lift/elevator (note: 6 steps are required to access the lift).

The interior features modern furnishings, spacious living areas, a Smart TV, and full air conditioning. The full, well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave and all the essentials needed for easy, luxurious vacation cooking.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6): Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

• Master Bedroom: King Bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk through shower.

• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

The Marazul community is gated and includes shared amenities like complimentary kayaks and bicycles.

Wonderful host, Jacqueline. It felt very safe too. Condo is clean, up to date. Great pool and hot tub. The beach is great to walk on, but not for swimming or snorkeling.

We really enjoyed our stay in Placencia. Check in process was smooth, and they left a lot of helpful information. The condo was spectacular and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning. The beach is lovely and we did long walks each morning. It was great having a many resports nearby for dining. Highly recommend renting a golfcart to explore the village.
