Appartement 1 chambre moderne dans la vieille ville de Corfou

Appartement d'une chambre de luxe situé dans le centre historique de la ville de Corfou. Idéalement situé à 3 minutes à pied du centre de vie sociale de Corfou. Le célèbre quartier de "Liston", la place centrale, l'ancien et le nouveau château, un lieu de baignade, des cafés en bord de mer ou sous des arches vénitiennes et des petits restaurants traditionnels plantés dans un cadre théâtral et atmosphérique sont juste devant votre porte. Dans quelques jours dans ce quartier, vous aurez un aperçu du mode de vie local.

Lorsque vous entrez dans l'appartement par l'entrée principale, vous entrez dans le salon principal.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé de 3 places sur votre droite face à la station de divertissement avec un grand téléviseur, un système audio où vous pouvez connecter votre appareil musical et un lecteur DVD. Un grand fauteuil crée un joli coin salon pour 4 à 5 personnes avec une petite bibliothèque de livres grecs et étrangers. Le canapé du salon est suffisamment large et peut être utilisé pour accueillir un troisième invité ou un enfant.

Quelques pas plus loin et vers la porte de la véranda, vous trouverez un bureau à votre droite. Connectez votre ordinateur portable et profitez de l'Internet gratuit pour travailler ou rester en contact avec vos amis via votre appareil mobile.

En face du bureau, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée et le coin repas entouré de trois sièges de bar. Choisissez de préparer un sandwich pour la plage ou de cuisiner un repas plus élaboré. Vous trouverez tous les ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles, assiettes et verrerie dont vous aurez besoin dans cette cuisine. Une machine à café à filtre et une petite machine à expresso vous permettent de préparer le café de votre choix.

La chambre a un lit double idéal pour un couple et de nombreux placards et tiroirs pour un séjour confortable. Il y a aussi une petite coiffeuse avec miroir.

La salle de bain comprend un coin lavage, des toilettes et une douche fermée.

Enfin, depuis le salon, vous pouvez entrer dans la véranda de l'appartement. Une petite table avec 2 chaises vous permet de vous asseoir avec votre café ou votre verre de vin et de vous faire une idée de ce quartier historique.

D'un côté de cette véranda, vous trouverez la salle de stockage où vous pouvez trouver un balai et une pelle à poussière, une vadrouille avec un seau si vous avez besoin de faire un nettoyage d'urgence. Dans cette pièce il y a aussi un combo laveuse / sécheuse, un séchoir, une planche et un fer à repasser si vous décidez de faire une petite lessive.

Great location!

We loved our 11 night stay in Corfu Town. The location was fantastic with a 3 minute walk to Falaraki beach and less than 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants. The waterfront with the historical forts and warm sea to swim in were a particular highlight.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful place

We spent six days in this well-designed apartment. It’s near a beautiful beach and walking distance from major tourist shopping streets and restaurants. The apartment is on a quiet back street and has a generous shaded porch. The hosts could not have been more responsive. Great stay!

Lovely old apartment close to the centre and the sea! Lengo, the key holder, was very welcoming and so helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. We had a lovely week in the town and will return.

Nicely located apartment

We were made very welcome by Lengo and she gave us lots of helpful tips for eating out. Good clean apartment snuck away in Old Corfu Town. Close, but not too close, to restaurants and harbour The highlight of our holiday was a day trip to Paleokatritsa where we hired a boat around the coves Lovely holiday

A great stay, we felt really at home @ Corfu

It was lovely. We had a great stay and the house is beautifully furnished. Everything was there and we really felt at home. Also we had great communication with the landlord. A morning swim is only a minute away. Just as the shops and bars. Also the neighborhood is great and quiet. We had nice contact with neighbors.

Great Property in the heart of Corfu!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at this first floor condo in the heart of old town Corfu. Walking the streets every morning for a coffee or heading to the restaurants/beaches was a breeze, as the location is perfect! The A/C kept us cool and the kitchen was just enough for a breakfast on the patio. George and Andreas made sure our stay was convenient and were responsive to every request. Great spot!

Lovely apartment in good location

We spent a lovely 5 nights in this comfortable, well equipped apartment in a very good location in the centre of the old town, east walk ( although some of the paths in town are a bit slippery) to the main attractions and lots of restaurants. Also a fairly easy walk to the ferry port. We enjoyed sitting on the nice terrace watching the World go by and liked watching the expert car manoeuvring in the area behind the apartment ! Communication with the owner was very good and we would definitely stay again if in Corfu Town.

Live like a Local

Great little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location. Like all the locals, we could not drink the tap water or put toilet paper in the toilet. We soon adjusted, if those items had been included in the listing, we probably would not have booked—and would have missed out on a fun stay, Andreas was very helpful and Lengo was a very sweet greeter,

Great base to explore Corfu Old Town

From the time we booked this property the communication with the hosts was excellent. Clear directions on a meet up point - shame the taxi driver from the airport had no idea where it was, though a quick phone call sorted that out. Loved watching how the locals went about their day while sitting on the verandah overlooking the square. The apartment had everything we needed, was extremely comfortable with everything in working order. Their is also a handy little supermarket around the corner to grab all the essentials you need. Once we got our bearings, easy to walk into the old town to explore, and find some great restaurants to eat at. Can highly recommend Fishalida near the fresh fruit, veggie and fish market.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, situé au centre historique de Corfu. L'appartement est bien équipé et surtout climatisé car il fait chaud. Le propriétaire est très sérieux et la gérante de l'appartement est très gentille et serviable. En tout cas nous sommes rentrés ravis de notre voyage ..🙂👍

Bon apartament en una perfecta ubicació

L'apartament està molt bé, la ubicació és perfecta, és molt acollidor i està molt ben equipat. Com a punts negatius, la vaixella no estava molt neta i el lavabo no té cap endoll, encara que repetiríem sense dubtar-ho. L'amfitrió súper i el barri és la bomba!!! Hi ha un petit supermercat a 1 minut, on pots trobar qualsevol cosa. El mar a 2 minuts Us agradarà segur!!

Excellent apartment in Old Town

We felt like we were living in Corfu old town. Very close to a beach, the Liston and authentic restaurants. The owner had left helpful recommendations of his favourite places and the lady providing the key gave us some good tips too. The fresh veg and fish market was a fun place for a Corfu lunch. This traditional apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A/C worked well and we liked the patio area for breakfast. Located in a quiet area and only a short stroll to all the tourist places. Thank you for sharing your Corfu apartment.

Location, location, location

Small apartment located in an amazing area in the old town, off the main tourist track but convenient to everywhere. We stayed for almost 3 weeks in October and had a really good time. There is a very friendly cafe, Favela 17, about 150 ft away with great food and coffee. The owner's agent, Lengo, met us, got us into the apartment and was very helpful when we had questions. The apartment is ground floor, very quiet with a little veranda out back overlooking a small plaza. Furnishings were fine but not exceptional, the kitchen and dining area was compact but functional and the rest of the apartment was as advertised and shown in the photos. Getting oriented in the neighborhood was challenging - the streets and alleys were apparently designed to confuse pirates - but by the end of our stay we knew all the shortcuts. Great for a couple, would be tight for a third person.

A gem in the heart of Corfu Old Town

My wife and I booked this apartment on the basis of the reviews from previous renters and the excellent reviews were well founded. The whole process from booking to arriving at the apartment was effortless and so well organised and straight forward. We were greeted by Lengo, a charming and friendly host who gave us a full itinary of the apartment and it's many facilities. She also sent us links throughout the week to various restaurants and places to see and was more than happy for us to contact her at any time. The apartment was immaculate and had all the facilities you could wish for and the location was perfect. Only 5 mins walk from the beautiful Corfu old town and the nearest swimming area. The customer service we received from the owners Andreas and Alexis was second to none and I would not hesitate in booking again on my next visit to Corfu. If you want a memorable, relaxing and stress free Corfu vacation, this is the accomodation you need.

Great place to stay

A warm welcome awaited us to this lovely apartment and island. The property is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is in a safe and central location within 5 minutes walk to an amazing view, a great place to swim and cool off at the end of the day and some good places to eat. No need for a car - public transport will take you across the island to explore the beautiful sandy beaches and is straightforward and cheap. We would definitely stay again - thank you!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Korfu genossen. Das Apartment liegt zentral, alles in ein Paar Schritten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geschmacksvoll einherichtet. Alles nötiges wurde zur verwendung gestellt. Feels like home!

I arrived in Corfu for the first time in 1986 visiting my father who worked there. Corfu put a spell on me and i ended up spending the next 10 years working, exploring and experiencing this beautiful island and its people to the fullest.

In 1998 i move to New York and since then i split my time between the United States and Greece.
