Come and stay in paradise. This nearly 4,000 square ft. spacious slice of paradise is located in PGA West. It is a gated community in the beautiful La Quinta, California. LQ175 is perfectly situated on the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course on the second hole. With designer touches, beautiful views and amazing outdoor entertainment space, this home sets the stage for a spectacular desert holiday in an elegant yet comfortable environment.

A gated private courtyard with a fireplace greets you, the first peek at the luxury that awaits. The entertainer's living room features floor to ceiling "wow" windows, soaring ceilings, a beautiful fireplace, ample seating, wet bar and spectacular views of the jaw-dropping landscape. A large chef's kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a granite topped island and a smaller den off to the side. The formal dining room invites you to enjoy both memorable dinner parties and romantic dinners for two. The designer master suite features a king sized bed, 55" flat screen TV, soaking tub and two walk-in closets. There is an attached bedroom with entry through the courtyard and the master bath. This "nanny" room offers a king sized bed and a 42" flat screen TV with a shared bath with master. The first guest suite furnishes a king sized bed, 42" flat screen TV and a private bath. There is also an attached casita boasting a king sized bed, private bathroom and a mini living room featuring a sectional couch and a 42" flat screen TV. An additional powder room and laundry room complete the living areas. And our nice selection of games, DVDs, CDs and books allow you to relax, kick back and enjoy.

And what's a desert retreat without an outdoor oasis? The stunning backyard comes with a custom pool which features a spa and is meticulously designed to enhance and reflect the beauty of the striking desert vista as well as the adjoining, pristine golf course.

Awful Experience and Dirty Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I worked with Royale Vacation Rentals for a corporate event hosting Clients and unfortunately was extremely disappointed in the terrible service they provided. The house was dirty with broken curtains. The company was slow to respond, while being rude at the same time. They were extremely rude about day guests coming to the property, while we rented a house in the same neighborhood from someone else and had a much more positive experience. Additionally, it's been over a month and they have yet to send any note back on a $3,000 refundable damage deposit. Do yourself a favor and rent directly from owners vs. going through this company.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the home is fantastic as is the floor plan if you are traveling with another family. Sadly, I spent the first few hours of my stay washing dishes. Every plate, glass or utensil we pulled out to use was dirty. Every drawer we opened had food particles and debris in them. The home was over all, in bad repair. Curtains were falling apart and two shelves in the fridge were cracked so bad we couldn't store food in them. We ended up checking out a day early. The management company gave us a 10% refund, which was a nice gesture, but not enough to make up for the inconvenience.

The pool area overlooking the golf course feels like a private resort and is very quiet. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and never left the house!!

Reviewer Comments: This was my first time doing a 'rental', as we usually stay in a hotel. The home provided a nice way for four couples to relax while not at the tennis tournament. The only thing I think the description should note is that while there are four beds and four bathrooms, two of those are connected without a wall, so there is a lack of privacy and only one shower for two couples. For us, it worked out fine as two couples really knew each other well. However, for other couples this might present an issue. None of the three existing coffee pots worked and Royale Vacations immediately brought another one to the location to help us out. That was very much appreciated.
