This condo is a fantastic place for a vacation! Whether you're planning to relax on the beach or enjoy a round of golf, ride the elevator to this spacious and beautifully furnished, second floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. It has everything you need. Nestled along the 11th fairway of the Norman course, you can start your day with a cup of coffee or have lunch on the large balcony, while enjoying the view. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to feel right at home. The master bedroom features a king bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub. Bedroom 2 offers a golf course view and has two double beds, while Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. The location is ideal, with the community pool just steps away from the front door. Looking for the hot tub? Take a short 1-mile ride to Barefoot's enormous saltwater pool, Located on the ICW, it has a wonderful hot tub. The Marina Bar&Grill near the pool is fantastic for lunch. If you're in the mood for the beach instead, a free shuttle will take you there, just about 1.5 miles away. The shuttle also goes to Barefoot Landing, where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and shopping. Barefoot Resort & Golf truly has it all, making it a perfect destination for your much needed vacation. **Please note- motorcycles, boats, campers and trailers are not permitted in the Havens per HOA. Offsite storage can be made available with prior arrangements.**

The rental was very clean.The building was secure and the rental was located on second floor with an elevator. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very nice. We would rent again.

I cannot say enough about how excellent our stay was! Host was absolutely phenomenal! We had a personal hiccup one morning and she was right on the issue and helped us resolve it quickly:) The area is wonderful, a super quick drive to barefoot landing. The condo was perfect for every thing we needed for our stay. Very clean, comfortable vibe, kitchen/bathrooms stocked with all necessities. Women: you can leave the hair dryer at home ;) they got you covered. Truly amazing host and property, you will be 100% satisfied!

The property was immaculate when we got there. Everything was ready for us and stored in a way that allowed us to add our personal stuff without feeling cluttered. The pools were a godsend because of the morning rain. The property is easy to walk and everyone was so pleasant!! Elevator to our floor was helpful and code access enabled our party to come and go without worrying about keys. I can’t say enough about communication!! Great Q&A before and during the trip. I would suggest a book or sheet with some instructions on TVs and pool access just to save yourself some grief when guests ask questions. But that’s it!! We had a great, comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable stay!! Thank you Joe and Sue!!!

The house was amazing except when we arrived there was hair all over the sink and the quiet time from 11-8 apparently wasnt acknowledged by the renters above. The noise before 7 was crazy loud. Other than that the stay was amazing

Oh no , so sorry to hear that. That is strange about the hair in sink - I personally did a final walkthrough before your arrival and did not see anything like that or I certainly would have taken care of that. It is hard to control the excitement of people on vacation- especially if there are children involved / they wake up and are ready to hit the beach or pool . A phone call usually can help with that though as they may not have been aware and most here are very courteous. Glad you enjoyed yourselves and hope to have you back.
