My name is Beth Lundy, my husband and I live in Connecticut with our sons David and Jonathan. My husband Dan was born in Philly and is an Eagles season ticket holder so we are in town a lot. We purchased this property while our daughter Becka was attending Temple University. This is us at Penn's Landing on New Year's eve for the fireworks - it was cold then but it's lovely walk in the other seasons! She has since graduated but lives in the "City of Brotherly Love" a few blocks away so she can help visitors out.
Beth purchased this House in 2015
Why Beth chose Gayborhood
We picked this property because it is so close to the Broad Street Septa subway line - easy to Temple, easy to Philly Sport Complex. Our daughter lived here during her college years. It is in the heart of City but on quiet no car cobblestone street. With three floors, there is plenty of space for the whole family.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of the city
My family enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The rooftop deck is surrounded by ginkgo trees and was a favorite spot to unwind in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you might need. We would stay here again.
A fabulous house for us. We’re already talking about our next visit.
