ニューファウンド湖の180度の景色を望む、かわいく居心地の良い2ベッドルームウォーターフロントコテージ！ 小さな協会の一部であるアメニティには、共用の砂底と浅いビーチエリア、デイドック、日光浴用のいかだなどがあります。 絶好のロケーションは文字通り食料品店、スナックバー、アイスクリームから歩きます！ 広々としたデッキと大きなスライド式のガラス製のドアと窓により、コテージの内側または外側から穏やかなロケーションを楽しめます。 一年のうち3つの季節をレンタルして楽しむことができます。 すべての湖の地域の近くに家のすべての快適さを備えていなければなりません。 カヤック/カヌー以外のボートや犬をレンタルすることはできません。 ウォーターフロントエリアは6つのコテージで共有されています。 パドルボードは食料品店でレンタル可能です。

Relaxing Getaway

This beautiful cabin is in the best location. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and you can't beat the view. I definitely want to stay here again.

Quick Stay

We stayed 2 nights on the way to a friend's place further north. Owner was awesome to deal with from beginning to end. Also, great local business nearby to rent Kayaks from that they deliver & pick up. Would stay again!

Can’t wait to return

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is waterfront with a wonderful view. The cottage was very clean and had a large deck. It was great waking up to that view and having coffee on the deck. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked it for next year!

Perfect Getaway

This lovely lakefront cottage is a gem. It was just perfect for the two of us. The views of the lake are beautiful. Peaceful and quiet little community with friendly neighbors.

Sketchy weather but relaxing stay

Quiet, right on the water. Host was reachable and very patient while dealing with entertainment, etc. we love Newfound and would rent again.

Great location!

Alex’s place is a great cottage on the Newfound waterfront. It’s in a nice small community with friendly neighbors. Perfect part of the lake for younger children since the water isn’t too deep. Super close walk to Shackett’s for donuts, ice cream or miscellaneous items. We had a great time and will definitely book again!

Fishing vacation and having a launch ramp abutting the property was ideal. The AC worked great. Grill was brand new. Water in the lake is super clean and clear. Get out early or late on kayaks to avoid too many motorboats. Alex was responsive on VRBO and I knew what to expect.

This cottage is even nicer in person than the pics show. Location is a 10, frontage on beautiful Newfound Lake with clear water and very peaceful and quiet. There is a seafood snack shack and a small market right at the entrance to Shacketts Rd and we were 30 minutes for some of the best motorcycllng in NH. Hope to stay again.

Everything was Great!!,,Stayed here for Laconia Bike Week, parking for bikes was no problem,,Alex our property Manager helped fix a small problem with the tv and was really awesome to work with!!!

Lovely place to stay!

This cottage is a real gem! My husband and I stayed there over the Labor Day weekend. We had such a great time, we didn't want to go home. The cottage is very quaint and cozy and very clean. The views from the deck are absolutely breathtaking! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck just watching the boats and the loons go by. The perfect little "niche" on the lake. The water was great too. We will definitely consider going back next summer!

Perfect Cottage on the Lake

My wife picked this cottage out on-line, and it totally exceeded our expectations! Lovely location, (a bit of a challenge to find on a rainy night), comfortable, well-appointed, peaceful.... Alex was a perfect host. Though we had a bit of a miscue on linens/towels, she was super responsive, understanding and helpful. She was even very helpful helping this pair of 70+ year-olds figure out how to run the TV with 3 (count them, 3!) remotes. Though this is probably our final trip to New England, we would come back here in a heartbeat! Lovely!

Beautiful location

Loved everything about this cottage. Was perfect for 4 people- our adult sons shared the 2nd room which had a full and a twin. Right on the edge of Newfound Lake! Heard the loons and watched an eagle soaring over us. We would love to stay in the summer and make use of the gorgeous lake!

Hidden Gem

I have been staying at the lake for 30 years and didn't know this spot existed. It's tucked in behind a well known spot at the lake. A beautiful waterfront property, cozy cabin. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. you could stay a week and never need to get in your car. Although i would to eat at the Big catch :-) Will definitely stay again.

So Peaceful

This was our second time renting this property. Lake Newfound is incredible. It’s so nice being right on the water and we love the surrounding area. Will definitely come back again.

The views from this cottage are amazing! You feel like you're sitting outside even when you are inside. The entire front is glass windows, and you can sit on the sofa or dining table and just watch the lake go by.

The location of this cottage is outstanding. It's convenient to downtown, and a very short walk from a seasonal grocery store/clam shack/ice cream shack. My kids can just walk to get what they want from the store or shack.
