Great Vacation!

We had a fantastic vacation. The cottage is lovely and just in perfect order. The location is so pretty and our beach was just perfect for the 5 yo and 8yo. They loved it. Carol is an excellent host and made certain we had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay.

Pristine, quiet attractive neighborhood. Great beach and swimming areas. Easy area to launch kayaks. Cottage was the perfect size, and we liked the water views and layout. The property manager is top notch! It is like I've known her all my life! She made sure everything was perfect.

Perfect location! Our family had a great time. The cottage was immaculate and Carol was a wonderful host. She was prompt in responding to any of our questions. Great place for a family of 4 to stay and enjoy lake!

What a hidden gem!!

What a great spot! Convenient to everything, yet tucked away! The beach was great, having the dock right there on the property for our boat and kayak was so convenient! Kitchen is adorable-loved waking up and having coffee at the table and looking out over the lake! We will be back!

Beautiful Lake and Kind Host!

We had a terrific experience with this property! A bucolic lake cabin in a terrific location. So easy to enjoy the water for a swim and kayak! Also easy to go on a 3 mile walk on the nearby rail trail. Plus a couple of yummy restaurants nearby! Lastly, Carol was such a kind and polite host for the property! She was immediately helpful to point out surrounding points of enjoyment! Also, she was helpful when asking for a couple of needs for our stay. The cabin was perfect for a week of relaxation! We look forward to coming back! :-)

Great location!

Perfect weekend away, just what my little family needed to relax and recharge! The cabin was absolutely adorable, very clean, and had every amenity we could have needed during our stay. We spent our days on the beach, just steps away from the cabin, relaxing on the Adirondack chairs and building sand castles with the kiddos. The property was peaceful and secluded, but still close to the center of town and a handful of restaurants. Beautiful location with an amazing view! We will definitely be back to enjoy the sweet little cabin again soon! A huge thank you to Carol and Mary for their great communication and hospitality!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Newfound Lake and the surrounding mountains. This cottage is truly immaculate—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with most everything you might need. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and stepping right out onto the sandy beach felt like a dream.We loved having a private beach and boat slip, and the views from the kitchen windows were absolutely unforgettable. The location is ideal—just a short walk to great restaurants, and country stores. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making the whole stay stress-free. We felt completely at home here, and the attention to detail really made the difference. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat on one of the cleanest lakes in the country, this is the spot. We can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful cottage!!!!

We have been renting on Newfound Lake for over 15 years and this was cottage was by far the cleanest place we have every stayed in!!! Everything was perfect, from wonderful owner, easy check in and out, clean, beautiful property, has everything you need!! We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing and peaceful

This is an updated, VERY clean, 1950’s cottage directly on beautiful Newfound Lake. It is small but has everything you need to be comfortable, including air conditioning. One bedroom has a queen bed with an excellent mattress that felt new. The second bedroom has bunk beds which was not ideal for us but would be for children. We used the queen sofabed in the living area and that mattress was also perfectly comfortable. The cottage setting is wonderful with Adirondack furniture on the lawn only a few steps back from the sandy beach. We spent everyday relaxing in the sun, swimming in the lake, and cooking on the grill. PERFECT. Carol, the property owner, maintains the cottages and surroundings beautifully. She is kind and readily available in a nearby home if needed for anything at all.

Beautiful Location!

My family had a great long weekend at the lake. The cottage was clean and had just enough for what we needed. The lake was beautiful and one of the cleanest ones I have been to in New England. I would definitely recommend.

Relaxing setting!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Newfound Lake. The cottage is clean and the queen bed is comfortable. The views are breathtaking. Carol was very courteous and you can tell she takes pride in the cottage. Hoping to return and stay longer next time.

Wonderful!

We loved staying at the cottage for a week in August. The cottage was clean and fresh with a lovely grassy area, beach and dock just steps from the cottage. It made for an easy family week because everyone could do what they wanted without having to go anywhere! The cottage was well equipped and the owner was super responsive. We will be back!

Wonderful!

The cottage is perfect for our lake get away. All aspects of our stay were wonderful from check-in to check-out. Home is in a great location on the beach. We also enjoyed golf, hiking, kayaking and going out to eat. Carol was an amazing host as well. Can’t wait to go back.
