Eat out at one of the many local, water-front restaurants or entertain in one or both of the fully equipped, quartz counter top, modern kitchens.
2 washers, 2 dryers and 3 bathrooms serving 5 bedrooms over 2 levels provides ample utility for large numbers of guests e.g. extended families, friends and family or two seperate families.
Upper level, large sliding doors open to lanai overlooking canal sunset to cap your evenings off. Driveway parking for 4 cars, walking distance to local bars, restaurants & nature preserve.
