Unclean Room, Unhelpful Host
I definitely do not recommend.After we booked the reservation, we did not hear anything or get a code to enter the unit until we reached out asking what we needed to do for check in. When we arrived, it was late at night. Had we not reached out asking, I’m not sure we would’ve been able to spend the first night there. The studio is at a small motel with multiple studio units. When we entered our unit, there were a bunch of hairs all over the bed and pillows, along with a few bugs. The remotes for the tv hardly work and the bathroom is incredibly tight. Anyone tall or larger honestly might not fit.The first morning of our trip, we received a text checking in on us and asking if there was anything we needed. We mentioned the room wasn’t too clean, but only made the simple request for a new pillow. Even though it was the morning, we received a reply saying the would send a cleaner the NEXT day. Nobody ever came the following day. We we left, we mentioned how we were unsatisfied with our stay. The “Host” messaged us asking who told us they were sending cleaners. After we told them to look a few messages prior in our conversation, they blamed the cleaning team and did nothing to try to fix the situation.I will definitely look elsewhere the next time I come to the area.
