This was our second year staying at Phoenix X and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and was great for the one adult and two kids staying there. Had all the amenities you would expect. So we didn’t want for anything. They have done a good job with this. A couple things to note: The room has a real actual key entry versus a keypad which we did not know. That added for just one piece of juggling to make sure we always had a key with us. We grilled out a lot so the location on first floor worked. That made the location very easy. But you need to be ready for foot traffic. Prior to 10 am no less than 30 people walked right by our room from the parking ramp to get to beach access. Made it a little awkward to lounge on the patio and also added noise that we weren’t expecting. All in a great property.
