This complex is directly across from the beach, providing immediate access to sun-soaked shores and the soothing sounds of the Gulf. This 1-bed/1-bath condo on the 3rd floor offers a view of the complex and Seawall. It is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or business travelers. Centrally located, explore everything from dining to attractions, all within easy reach.

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn.

● Beach Access: Beach access right across the the street.

● Shared Pool: This condo features an Outdoor Pool. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult Please follow all posted rules and hours.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed

● Parking: Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk for $40+ tax per vehicle. Only 2 vehicles allowed. If you show up after 10pm. you can pay for parking the next day.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
