Renovated Farmhouse With Catskill Mountain Views

Our recently renovated family friendly modern farmhouse with hot tub sits at the base of the Catskills overlooking 80 acres of farmland, and offers stunning mountain views. The peaceful setting and country quiet make this a perfect escape!


This 200-year old farmhouse sits at the base of the Catskills, overlooking 80 acres of farmland and its own spring-fed creek. Tastefully appointed with a mix of modern and vintage classics, you'll feel right at home. With four bedrooms (plus an attic with 2 sleeper sofas) and two baths, we can accommodate 2 families comfortably.

Have breakfast on the deck while bird watching. Lounge around in generously-sized living and dining rooms and warm up in front of the cast iron wood burning stove. Relax in the hot tub admiring the beautiful sunset over the mountains.

Enjoy dinner and cocktails while watching the sunset over the mountains and farmland. Sit by the creek and watch the trout swim by.

Take a snooze in the hammock. Run a bath and soak your cares away in a claw foot tub with a million dollar view of the Catskills.

It’s just 100 miles from New York City—about two hours by car. We are fully stocked for your stay.

Close to the towns of Saugerties and Woodstock, hiking trails, kayaking, fishing charters, swimming holes, antiquing and so much more. Also, we are just 7 miles from the Horse Shows in the Sun (HITS) Showground.

Peaceful retreat

We loved our time at the place. It was peaceful and very comfortable. It’s a great place for people with kids. Very clean and lots of things for kids to keep them occupied. Location is great too as it’s close to many hiking trails and town.

Eight of us stayed for a family get-together and were very impressed with the property. The owners were very responsive, giving us all the information we needed, and the home is equipped with everything to make our stay successful. My family absolutely loved staying in this farmhouse with modern conveniences! We had flown up from Florida to a nephew’s wedding at North-South Lake. The location was ideal (and very accessible from the NY State Thruway but not so close that it would disturb the tranquility). We stayed at this wonderful farmhouse for 2 nights while we attended a family wedding in Rhinebeck and decided we wanted to stay closer to the reception in Saugerties. The house was very clean and spacious. Bright rooms and very cozy. We totally enjoyed it! The view off the big back deck is beautiful. The house had everything we needed. It reminded me so much of my grandparents farmhouse with the wide plank wooden floors. Lots of character! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a frigid few days at this beautiful renovated farmhouse. It was absolutely amazing-- comfortable, great views, well- curated and designed, and central to some beautiful countryside. We will definitely try and come back next year.

amazing long weekend getaway!

we rented the house for a long weekend and had a blast! the house had everything we needed, clean linens, towels and lots of room for 6 kids to run around! the kitchen was well equipped and the house was super clean, they have big trampoline outside and tons of grass to play soccer:) thanks Kim for letting us use your home, will be back for sure!

We have been renting this property from the previous owners for 4 years and purchased it from them recently. There is something magical and calming in the farmland and mountain views and the 200+ year old house has so much character!
