Family getaway

The property was wonderful for a family with a small child. The amenities were easily accessible and the accommodations included everything one could want with a small child. The host was great with answering questions in a timely fashion.

Great Williamsburg place to stay

This is my second time at Powhatan. If you have more than two or three in your group, there is really no better value in the Williamsburg area. The resort allows for "stay at resort" days with the beautiful grounds and terrific pools. The condos are really a very nice, furnished, apartment. At least in my room, I would recommend you change the shower heads. Mine were way too harsh and not adjustable. Given that, I will stay at no other place when visiting Williamsburg.

Williamsburg

We had a wonderful stay in a newly renovated unit. The pool was a wonderful way to end each day. The family enjoyed a round of mini golf. There were more amenities that we didn’t even realize, but we didn’t have time to enjoy and explore after our long days in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The grounds were lovely and we would love to come back if we find our way back to Williamsburg.

Close without crowds

The property was clean and the resort itself, beautiful. It was only a 15 minute drive to all the attractions and with no other resorts around, the area was not too busy.

Nice Weekend Away

We needed a place to stay while we enjoyed the local theme parks and this place hit all the buttons. The grounds are beautiful, the two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and the pool was a nice place to cool off after a long day in the heat.

Historic Resort

The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable.It was in walking distance from many of the activities the beautiful resort had to offer and a short drive to the historical sites in the area.

Great Location

Working with Josh was fantastic and everything was taken care of. When we arrived to the resort everything was great and check in was easy! Rooms were clean and adequately sized. When you requested things the resort was quick to bring them to you! Your villa comes with a washer and dryer which I didnt know upon booking so that was an extra plus. It also was fairly stocked with dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc. We couldnt hear a thing and it was nice and private. The mini golf was fantastic and three of us scored hole in ones! There is racket ball, indoor pool, etc. The anamenties were fairly great and the grounds are beautiful. There was only a few things that bummed us out. The bikes you can rent had flat tires or were not in best condition so unfortunately we could not go ride as a family. Also, the one pool is closed and the attendees do not do a great job of picking up the pool area. In the kids pool area there was Miller Lite beer cans and cups and trash everywhere. This occoured on a daily basis. Obviously out of the vrbo persons control, more of a resort issue. Other then that we had a fantastic time and we will return!

Clean and convenient

The condo was very clean and had updated furnishings (bedrooms, dining room and living room furniture) compared to the photos. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed evenings out on the deck. Overall the resort is beautiful, and we had fun at the indoor and outdoor pools and playing mini-golf. The location was convenient for all that we wanted to do. We would recommend to others looking for a place to stay in Williamsburg.

Beautiful Get Away!

Everything at the property is gorgeous! The rooms seemed like they had just been redone. It seemed so fresh and clean. Very spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed the pool, mini golf and games. Thank you for a very special vacation!

Busch Gardens

The condo was spacious and clean. The neighbors were quiet. It’s located in a great area. Easy access to restaurants, move theatre, and Busch Gardens. We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second stay here. We will be back again.

Loved it!

We use to own timeshare and stayed at Powhatan many times before but this was by far the nicest it's been. The renovations were fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home provided everything we needed for our mini spring break vacation. Location was perfect to our attractions we visited. The home was well appointed, very clean, and everything was as it should be. The host was attentive and thorough with details. I will definitely stay here again.
