Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start a load of towells
Make sure paddle boards are placed back and strapped. Raft rolled up with both Straps and tied back where you found it. All floats and paddles plus jackets neatly placed back in dock box. Or $25 fee
If you used grill or griddle make sure they are cleaned and tarped. Unbrella down and tied. Lawn furniture placed back. Trash picked up. Cans taken to street for pickup Or possible $25 fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay! The house is fully furnished and outfitted with all needed for a few fun days at the Lake both inside and out. The dock was amazing and had everything needed for a variety of age groups. So many options and swimming was safe and great. The host was extremely helpful with all questions answered quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend this home.

Accommodating and relaxing

The house was beautiful and perfect for relaxing and had great space for our family. We enjoyed the stay from beginning to end. The dock with floats, paddle boards and chairs was perfect to enjoy the lake. The house had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay! Thank you so much!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Parking was fantastic. Plenty of room for the boat trailer without blocking car parking. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked. We mostly used the grill for cooking. Only used the stove once. The host was easy to get a hold of by text or calling. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful home, with new furnishings. The beds were super comfortable, the appliances are all new, and both of the living rooms have great places to sit and relaxThe dock access is down 5 steps, instead of a huge hill, and the decks have ample seating and dining areas, along with 2 grills. There are 2 full kitchens and 3 full size refrigerators . With the 2 queen bedrooms and bathroom on the main floor, the huge master is located downstairs. The host was very responsive, and we had everything we needed.

Everything was great, would definitely stay again! Plenty of space for 10 people and the house was very clean. Dock with noodles, mat, and paddle boards was perfect and in a quiet and relaxing area/cove. Only reason for 4 stars is no one could sleep on the pull out couch in the sun room due to it being too hot and no AC in there. Had to figure out other sleeping arrangements, but still a great time overall. Fully stocked kitchen both upstairs and downstairs and plenty of beach and bath towels.

If you’re looking for a great vacation for your family This is the place!!! Home has everything you need plus more! Sleeps 10 & beautifully decorated! 2 level deck with a lot of seating area. Top deck is right off of the kitchen & 4 seasoned porch. There is a black stone on this top level. We used it to make breakfast & dinners. The next level has a family sized table & a gazebo with another table for sitting & playing cards/games or just enjoying the view. A great feature is an additional full size kitchen downstairs. So much room for spreading out, relaxing, making memories in this home away from home. The home sits in a quiet cove. Fun for fishing, floating in the water. They also have grass in the front & back yard for the kids to run, play ball or the adults to play yard games. I HIGHLY recommend booking this home! We can’t wait to go back again next year!!
