It was absolutely wonderful! The whole experience was beyond enjoyable! Tricia is so sweet, kind and understanding! The home had so much included we didnt even have to leave for entertainment because it was already there!

Great amenities, clean, responsive owners, we and had lots of fun! Only downside was house wouldn’t cool as much as we would have liked. Also, not much water pressure if anything else was running at same time. Otherwise, it was bettter than expected! Plenty of space and a lot of items for use. Our kids had so much fun jumping off of platform, fishing, swimming, making smores and playing games! Would stay again!

Not bike friendly

Location was not a place for bikes. We were in town for Ozark bikefeast. The location of this house was not ideal for motorcycles, very dangerous especially after dark lots of uneven spots, unpaved, heavy rock. Would be a great vacation home in a car though. House was very nice lots to do. Enjoyed the home itself and the water activities

Family Reunion at the Lake

Very comfortable stay at this lakefront home with two families (4 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 10, and 16). We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, having a downstairs bedroom/playroom for the kids and two living/family room spaces and lots of outdoor seating made it easy for everyone to have downtime. The water temperature off the dock was perfect for swimming (even for the 2 year old), and one of our group successfully fished off the dock too. Worth noting: there are two rooms each with a queen bed that are connected by sliding doors, and one (the "master") has a door directly to the shared bathroom but no windows. The attached second queen bedroom has a separate door and beautiful view of the lake. The setup worked out for us, with the other couple sleeping in the main floor bunkbed room that's off the first family/living room for more privacy, but it wasn't the allocation of rooms we initially expected based on the room descriptions and photos.

Relaxing, peaceful getaway

This was a great place to stay, a wonderful view of the larger cove where we watched amazing firework shows all weekend on the 4th of July. The home was clean, adequate space and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I looked at so many places and found this house and location to be one of the best around, with all the amenities it was by far exceeded our needs. Host is amazing to work with and very accommodating.

Dock was great, house not so much

We really enjoyed the dock and all the toys. We spent most of our time out there. However, pictures of the bed arrangements were not accurate. The bunk bed mattresses, which are the majority of the beds, were not comfortable at all. There is NO water pressure. You could not shower 2 people at a time, or even shower and wash dishes. Even with just one person showering, the pressure was not the best. We had 11 people, 5 being kids 10 and under, and this made things difficult. Also, the kitchen was not big enough to cook for 11 people. There is not enough storage for food for the amount of people the place supposedly accommodates, refrigerated or not. I had to interview with the owner prior to being able to receive the door code. I assume her family were the last occupants since she said they were there the weekend before us, and they left a dirty diaper in one of the trash cans festering for a week. This was our 3rd time doing or family trip to the Lake of the Ozarks and this place was not worth what we paid.

Fishing trip vacation

Great property. Easily accommodated 10 guys for a fishing trip, some of us on the larger side. Everything was exactly as described and Tricia was so nice and easy to deal with, and always quick to respond with any questions I had. We hope to be back next year.

Nice Set Up

The cabin was very clean, roomy and had a pretty view from the livingroom. The bathroom was a good size and had a nice shower. We used the deck, dock and grill -- enjoyed ourselves. I would stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing

Perfect spot for a little relaxing, not a busy spot on the water which allowed the kids to jump and swim until they were wore out. Parking was a little cramped but once you get out of the Cars, the dock is where you'll be. Definitely will be doing this again!

Fun on the dock

We had a great time. Kids jumped off the dock for hours every day. We had everything we needed at the house and lots of fun water toys.

A Fun Space to Share

Our family of 10 (three generations) spent a wonderful week at this property. Ample space for all! The five grandkids loved having their “cousin camp” on the lower level where there was room for all of them to sleep in one room. Oh, the giggles and chatter from them! We spent most of our time outside as the weather was perfect but the house also had a comfortable living space overlooking the lake and a well supplied kitchen. To my pleasant surprise, when all 10 of us came off the lake every night to shower, we never ran out of hot water! There were comments about the parking being tight but we had three vehicles and managed just fine. The dock was what drew us to this property and it did not disappoint! The additional “toys” provided were a big hit. Everyone enjoyed the lily pad. I was impressed at how fast the kids took to the paddle boards and kayaks. In the evening the kids enjoyed catching bluegills off the dock. Tricia was wonderful to work with and quick to answer all my questions. She even took the time to call me a few days before our trip to discuss what was provided and what I might want to bring, which was very helpful. All in all, I would recommend this property and consider going back.

Family getaway

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers stay at the property. Plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the location of the property being in a quieter cove but also close the amenities. Having the diving board, lily pad, kayaks, and paddle boards was also a nice perk. We used the cast iron pot to make a shrimp boil over the fire one evening. We rented a pontoon from Lake Toons. They delivered right to the dock. Great vacation!!

This property is exactly what we were looking for. We have a large family and needed a place with multiple bedrooms and places for people to hang out. With two family rooms plus the rec room (enclosed porch) and a dock with amazing covered recreational space, we found just the right property! The lake is right out our door!

Many Extra Family Entertainment Amenities such as the Killer Dock with two deck areas! A diving board off of the upper deck plus a place to just see awesome views of the lake. Large Deep-Water Cove! 9 Beds, Sleep 14 +. The extra sleeping loft we don't even count as sleeping space but it has becomes many of our visitor's kids' favorite place! Extras such as two kayaks, child-size life jackets, fishing poles, floating lily pad, boat parking, foosball and more!
