Calm neighborhood across the street from a STEM school.

Simple neighborhood driving. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.
No foreign substances allowed in the hot tub. (Food, drinks, etc.)

DO NOT pee in the hot tub! This would result in a $500 water replacement fee. (Keep this in mind when allowing children to use the hot tub.)

No confetti or glitter allowed. (May result in an extra cleaning fee.)

Please respect quiet hours! (10:00pm-9:00am) Violating quiet hours would result in a $300 FINE. Our neighbors' rest is very important to us.
