DO NOT pee in the hot tub! This would result in a $500 water replacement fee. (Keep this in mind when allowing children to use the hot tub.)
No confetti or glitter allowed. (May result in an extra cleaning fee.)
Please respect quiet hours! (10:00pm-9:00am) Violating quiet hours would result in a $300 FINE. Our neighbors' rest is very important to us. (This is not intended to be an income stream, rather a deterrent. Dollars charged for violation of quiet hours are strictly used for making it up to the neighbors.) 😁
