It was a nice stay. The kitchen has out dated cooking utensils pots and pans but fully stocked dishwater the host is easy to communicate with. And was accommodating. The bed frame downstairs was damaged not sure when but the host replaced it at a reasonable price I’m not sure we caused it but I can not say we didn’t so we eat that cost. Next time I will take video of everything when we arrive and when we leave. I did not like that it felt like we were being spied on. I received a random text from the host on Sunday about how hot it was in the house and that we should turn on the a/c. We cooked Sunday dinner and had a house full of ppl but no one was over heated or felt hot enough to turn on the a/c. That was a bit creepy for me. Anyhow all in all. we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. We come to MN every year and always stay here. If you come in the summer and have young children, this location is great, right across from a large park with a wading pool and play ground.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home! Plenty of space for sleep and privacy but also to get together in 2 different living areas. Joe was very communicative and a great host! Great place to stay for small or larger group.

House was set up perfectly for a family stay! And the fenced backyard was such a bonus for those with a doggo! Great neighborhood close to everything! Very clean home, comfy beds. Loved that someone quickly shoveled after the snow! Only two suggestions - kitchen seems to be lacking some basic supplies (measuring cups/spoons) and there was information about composting but we did not find a composting container inside. It was unclear where to put such items unless we were expected to take them outside each time? But otherwise the stay was amazing! Thank you!

The home was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well as the couches for reading and relaxing in the evenings.The owner communicated excellently before and during the stay which was appreciated as I was driving a long distance for this stay and knowing details about my arrival was great. The backyard being fenced was an plus and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood where I could walk my dog. It was close to amenities and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if traveling for work in the same area!

Great location

Quiet neighborhood near great park, restaurants, breweries, groceries etc. friendly neighbors. Liked the alley parking at the back of property. Had Grands with us-fenced in back yard and Waite Park with wading pool across the street perfect! Open basement stairs with crawling baby kept us on our toes.

Perfect stay

The home was perfect for what we needed! The two living areas were great to be able to have separate spaces. The kitchen was great and the basement was a perfect hangout. Happy with the location with stores minutes away and easy access to the highway. Would definitely stay again!

Work Trip

From booking to checkout, Joe was quick to respond and easy to work with. The property was perfect for 4 employees in the area for a 3 day project. If and when we are back in the area, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Plenty of Room/Great Location

This property was perfect for our multi-aged family to use - lots of bedrooms and beds and plenty of living space! The yard was fenced for our dog, as well. The neighborhood is quiet, a nice area about 10-15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The kids in our trip were especially excited for the playground and (free) wading pool across the street! Joe was very helpful with booking our stay and making sure things were clear and positive for our trip. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Minneapolis area.
