Hot tub was awesome! Beautiful house! If you plan on cooking you need to buy spices and pot holders and everything needed to cook with. Some places we have stayed provided things but this one did not. It would have been nice if the patio furniture would have been cleaned before we got there but we had a wonderful time. We loved the layout of the house.

Hello: Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the hot tub, the house, and its layout. We clean the patio and outdoor furniture before each guest arrives. However, the weather and the home’s corner location can cause dust to accumulate quickly. We’re sorry the furniture was dusty when you arrived, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you also for your feedback on the kitchen supplies. We’re happy you had a wonderful stay and would love to welcome you back!

House had everything we needed for our stay. Host was responsive and reminders/aids were posted in clear and noticeable locations to make our stay easier. Check out was also simple which helped wrap things up after a tiring trip with kids!

The house was perfectly located for our Sea World family vacation! House was clean and well maintained! Only thing we can say was there wasn’t as many towels as the house advertised could host, also we were looking for extra blankets and couldn’t find any! Other than that, it’s a great house! We would visit again!

We had a great time staying at this house during our weekend getaway trip. It was very peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The house was extremely clean, and the location was excellent — SeaWorld was only about 5 minutes away. One thing we really liked was that many features in the house were operated by sensors, which made everything very convenient. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi, we truly enjoyed sitting in the backyard and relaxing with our morning coffee. The owner responded right away whenever we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Sports vacation trip

Our boys are in AAU track and they all participated in the Regional meet over a three day period. It was great to have the space for everyone to spread out, have their own space, and for our oldest to do his Summer online class. The home was great and they enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing is that we had to go get washcloths from a Walmart near by. The location of the home is great and close to so many things. If we have to stay in the area, I would definitely look into booking the home again.

Dear Ayonna: Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re happy to hear that the home provided a comfortable space for your family during the Regional AAU track meet — congratulations to all the boys on their participation! We’re happy you enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the home’s convenient location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the washcloths — we’ll be sure to double-check our inventory as we advance to ensure this doesn’t happen again. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back if your travels bring you to the area again! Warm regards, EDUARDO DEVIA

Excellent hosting

I enjoyed the stay at this property. It is 5 mins away from seaworld. Host answered all the questions and made proper arrangements. We had no trouble in check-in process. Host was also very generous in extending our checkout for few more hours. We got delayed in packing our luggage. I requested the host that I needed few more hours to check-out. He was generous to do that. Thank you so much for hosting us. I would highly prefer this place.

Good stay overall

The listing states a 4 bed room. In reality its a 3 bedtoom. On our last night ac went out. Techs got called out and were able to get the ac going by 1am. Not the hosts fault i guess this could've happened to anyone. Host was friendly and was able to fix the issue.

This was a really beautiful home for my family and I. There were 3 adults and 4 boys varying from ages 2-14. We all slept really comfortable with plenty of space. The check in process and instructions were very clear, quick and easy. As soon as you walk in the home, it smells really good, temp is nice and the cleanliness it top tier. There are books to help guide you throughout your stay. Love how the kitchen has motion lights, bathroom lighting is A1 as well! Backyard is beautiful and the boys loved the jacuzzi. Tubs were spotless, toilets and showers were as well. I am a nurse and a germ o phobe so it's really hard to pass my cleanliness test. This home exceeded those expectations. Plenty of towels to bath with and plenty of other essentials (pots, utensils, dish detergent, etc.). I will definitely recommend and rebook this home if I come back to the area anytime soon! CON: Only thing I have to say (and it's not really on the host) is that there are no bedrooms downstairs! My mom is older and she had trouble going up and down the steps multiple times. Also, description says 4 bedrooms, it is actually 3 bedrooms with the 4th "bedroom" being a loft upstairs with a pull out bed. None of the bedrooms have televisions either. Overall 9/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This felt like home-enough space for everyone to spread out but still remain close. The neighborhood was quiet and Eduardo was helpful. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone. The furniture was so comfortable-we slept like babies and the house was clean. We had an amazing time.
