This is a quaint boutique home and is situated in Uptown Phoenix. The Arizona Canal runs just adjacent to the property where you can enjoy walking, running or riding the rental bikes for miles and miles! Piestewa Peak and the Dreamy Draw Nature Preserve are literally minutes away for many hiking and outdoor activites as well. The house is centrally located and is only 20 minutes from Scottsdale, Glendale and 15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix with many great restaurants, shopping and golfing opportunities closeby!
