Best condo location in the complex

This is a newly decorated, nice, two bedroom, one and one-quarter bathroom condo in a quiet area of Glendale, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. This unit is a few, very short minutes to all the sports venues. It is nicely furnished with a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new small appliances, new dishes, pots and pans. The unit sleeps 6. The bedrooms have queen size beds and the living room has a pull out couch. The master bedroom also has a flat screen television and walk-in closet. There are two balconies; one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Both face the Phoenix Greenbelt, which make this unit very quiet and desirable. It is equipped with high speed internet. There are 2 flat screen televisions and a Blue Ray DVD player. You can walk to the park, shopping, urgent care, a major hospital, and grocery shopping. You can also walk to Starbucks, Einstein bagels, and many other shopping venues. This is a nice, upper middle class condo. It is not a dive nor is it the Ritz Carlton. It would compare to an Embassy Suites in quality, but with all the amenities of home. It is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Maid service is available for $80 per visit. 30 Day minimum stay due to HOA rules.

Great place for our 3 day stay

Property was well equipped and beds were extremely comfortable! Had the pleasure of meeting their cleaning lady and she was superb! She was so sweet to my children. Hot tub and pool were great. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Pleasant long stay

Nice condo with a view and nice walking path. Great fo a couple or a family. With only one bathroom, inviting friends to stay for senior couples less desirable. Otherwise recommended and we may be back.

Perfect location for our visit

We really enjoyed the condo. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean upon arrival. Gary was easy to communicate to with and helpful in answering last minute questions. If we ever make it back to the Phoenix area, we would love to stay there again.

Clean and Conveniently Located

I would definitely rent here again. The condo is absolutely in the best location of the complex. I didnā€™t get a chance to use the pool but it looked perfectly clean and inviting. With the 17 and 101 nearby it's easy to get around the valley. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Christmas

The condo was very clean. It was perfect for our Christmas vacation. There were a few hiccups with traveling but Gary and Frances were great. There was plenty of room when our Granddaughters came over to visit. We will definitely be booking on our next trip out.

Nice space, great location

The condo was just as described - clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and decorated. Best part of my stay was the location. The unit itself is very private and has great views, while it's only a short drive to the airport, freeways, shopping, restaurants, etc. The unit is on the second floor (no elevator), so it's a great option for those who have no difficulty with stairs. Owners were very accommodating and responsive. Thanks Gary & Frances! I look forward to my next stay here!

There was just 2 of us it was fine.

If you had people in the second bedroom, it didn't have a tv. Stairs to the 2nd floor are difficult to walk, older people would have a hard time on them!

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed hear for 2.5 weeks over Christmas and New Years 2021. Our children live in Phoenix and we were able to celebrate Christmas with them here. The unit is well equipped for preparing meals and very close to Kroger. We communicated with Gary a few times and he was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving vacation

Gary was very accommodating, I flew in from Alaska with my adult son and his girlfriend and my 3 younger children. We arrived just after 8AM and were able to check in early as well as checking out late since our departure flight didn't leave until 7 in the evening. The condo was great, the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I picked the location because it was only a 5 minute drive to the ASU West campus where my oldest goes to school. We're from Alaska so a driving 20 - 45 minutes to get somewhere is normal for us. The kids didn't mind the drive to Scottsdale for the OdySea or driving an hour to Mesa to visit family. I am pleased to say that the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, dining ware, pyrex glass in all different sizes and even large serving platters and bowls which made making Thanksgiving dinner for my kids easy. There were even separate beach towels for the pool, lots of extra pillows and blankets, cleaning supplies and toiletries were available so we didn't have to rush to the store right away. The internet decided to quit on us, no fault of the owners but Gary was great and stayed on top of getting it fixed. We didn't mind at all since we were out all day long and all the kids had mobile internet on the their phones and devices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Thanks for having us!

Your hosts, Gary and Frances Smith live in Southern California. They have been married for 22 years and have raised 4 daughters. While shopping for college housing for their daughter, who is attending dental school in Glendale, they fell in love with the condo complex and the location.
