This is a newly decorated, nice, two bedroom, one and one-quarter bathroom condo in a quiet area of Glendale, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. This unit is a few, very short minutes to all the sports venues. It is nicely furnished with a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new small appliances, new dishes, pots and pans. The unit sleeps 4. The bedrooms have queen size beds. The master bedroom also has a flat screen television and walk-in closet. There are two balconies; one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Both face the Phoenix Greenbelt, which make this unit very quiet and desirable. It is equipped with high speed internet. There are 2 flat screen televisions and a Blue Ray DVD player. You can walk to the park, shopping, urgent care, a major hospital, and grocery shopping. You can also walk to Starbucks, Einstein bagels, and many other shopping venues. This is a nice, upper middle class condo. It is not a dive nor is it the Ritz Carlton. It would compare to an Embassy Suites in quality, but with all the amenities of home. It is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Maid service is available for $100 per visit. 30 Day minimum stay due to HOA rules.
