This beautifully decorated villa has 3 large bedrooms with 2 bath . It is a luxurious villa with peaceful and spectacular views of lake. Minutes to shopping, restaurants etc. Highway 192 and turnpike, but set in peaceful, relaxing neighborhood. First class fully furnished with high standard furnishings and AC . Master sized room with a queen sized bed, walk-in shower and ensuite, plus walk-in wardrobe. Large double bedroom and large room with twin beds adjacent to washroom . Two lounges ,sofa beds , 2 x TV with cable ,Comfy seating . New carpets in bedrooms and Lounges , New tiling for floor . Best gourmet dinning with large dinning table for family and friends next to the kitchen .

Large pool (heating at additional cost - contact owners in advance if you require this ), patio, barbeque, newly added furniture for garden . Access to internet ( just bring computer along ).
Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Sofa Bed. Just 15 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Disney, Sea World and Universal an easy 20 minutes drive as are major shopping malls - Millennium, Florida,, Buena Vista, International Drive, etc.

Let’s see where do I get there were no hot water in the master bathroom. The toilet seat on the master toilet was loose and still is after we tried to fix it. You only provided us with two toilet paper rolls, small rolls and nowhere in your description of the house did it say we had to provide our own toilet paper and washcloths. There was mold on the shower curtain in the second bathroom and the window is the bathroom that leads out to the swimming pool was also broke. The location of the house was nice. The house itself was nice but overall this was a terrible stay. I would not recommend you to anyone.

Ons gehele verblijf was helaas erg slecht. Het huis was echt enorm vies, we zijn er 4 weken geweest en hebben 4 weken lang kamer voor kamer helemaal een grote schoonmaak gegeven. Helaas werden de klachten wel gehoord maar door de agentschap niks mee gedaan. Hierdoor nu een claim bij de eigenaren. Daarnaast een bed wat was doorgebroken wat een beenwond bij onze dochter heeft veroorzaakt. Dit was de 4e x in Florida en 3e x via Vrbo geboekt maar nog nooit zo slecht gehad. Andere 3x hebben we een super schoon huis gehad en nu, zo vies

Nice villa, was clean, view and pool was good. Furniture and linens could use some updating. Bathroom is not user friendly - shower was a walk in but no bars. Husband is unsteady on feet - only took 1 shower with my assistance should be made handicap accessible. Furniture was very old and not conducive to get up and down from. No clear instructions on what to do with trash and linens used so I did what we have done in other vrbos we have rented. Was not trash day pick up so I put trash in garbage can but would not close appears not to have been taken out for a long time. I am hoping that varmits did not get into and spread all over the place. Thank you

Great house quiet neighborhood

Flight was delayed 12 hours late got to the house at 1 am got right in with the code unpacked car at a more neighborly hour at 8am. Consumables were supplied to get us moving we left what we bought for the next family.Pool was nice and clean the family of ducks that visited daily is nice too I heard a rooster crowing too Loved it and would stay again

Our winter/spring getaway

We really love the layout of the house and the pool area. Second time staying here. Our only complaint is that some of the bedding (comforters etc) need to be washed. We do love the house and will be booking again if it becomes available next year.

Holiday

The house was what we expected from the pictures in the listing, very comfortable for 5 of us. With the 2 separate living rooms everyone had their own space. The pool area was perfect. We heated the pool so it was nice and warm. There was lots of birds on the pond for us to enjoy. Would definitely book again

Lovely stay in Kissimmee

We had a lovely vacation away from the cold mid west. This home is spacious with a large kitchen.i traveled with my husband and one friend. Especially if we had been 2 families this floorplan would be ideal since the second and third bedrooms and family room are in a separate wing.We loved the dining room view of the beautiful pool and neighborhood pond. The owners respond quickly to questions. Furniture is dated but ok. Neighborhood is pleasant. We may return another vacation.

Great Stay!

This house was very clean, the pool and view outback were beautiful. We had a few mild issues. Anthony, the property manager was very responsive and kind. We were shocked at how stocked this house was. Lots of plates, silverware, salt, pepper, cups, miscellaneous items like scissors and a lighter. It had a hair dryer and curling iron. We found just about everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Love this property

Great property! Within 30 minutes of all major attractions in the area. Lots of space, clean, screened pool area, quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay at this house and we would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful

The house was exactly as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet and charming. A few minor cosmetic repairs (screening around the pool is ripped and ceiling fan in front room needs to be tightened up).

17 night family holiday

This was our first stay in Florida from the UK and we found the villa to be of great quality. The communication was brilliant. Also the management company they used were very efficient and came out near enough straight away when we messaged to say the pool had gone a slightly green colour (which happened after a spell of heavy rain). It is also located in a brilliant spot and we felt at home the whole of the holiday.

Not as nice a stay as we had hoped for ..

I agree with past reviews that the property does need some attention. I emailed the owner on our return with photos of some of the problems in this property as I felt that the property management company they were using were not leaving the villa as I would expect if I was paying them good money. I didn't just want to put a bad review on as they live in the UK and I'm sure its hard to manage a property so far away. Past reviews point out the squeaky master bed, This is the base and not the mattress as it has a nice new mattress on it, but the base needs replacing as its impossible to sleep on. Piled/bobbled sheets/bent pans/generally unclean and needing a good freshen up. The sheets were so bad that we went out and bought our own as I wasn't prepared to sleep in them. They were so badly worn and smelt old and musty, definitely not freshly laundered. These problems were all still present plus things broken, mended with tape and lack of maintenance throughout. Things are generally worn out. The pool was green on arrival and still green a week later so we had to get in touch with the management company to deal with it. By the time it had been dealt with and the cloudiness and chlorine was at an acceptable level we had 4 days left to use the pool. We had waited a week for the pool person to appear. All that said if the villa was up to par it is in a good safe location and the pool is in the sun for most of the day, which is why we chose this villa in the first place.

Not coming back

The House was NOT clean. There were dirt in the corners and on the panels. Even the walls needed a good cleaning (and maybe a paint job). You could see that it was old dirt. Some of the towels had rips and holes. There were visible dirt on the bottom of the pool and after a week it stopped the circulation. I send a video and got a fast response, that it needed more water. We filed it up, but there still wasn’t any circulation from the pump. The pool guy came the next day and fixed it, so the circulation never stopped and it is very loud and right next to two of the bedrooms. We couldn’t find any tea towels, only regular small towels. I couldn’t close the aircon vents, so it was very drafty in the bed. Also the bed in the master bedroom was loud when you turned around, climbed into bed and so on. There was water on the floor in the garage, leaking from the aircon. It wasn’t a new problem, the panels and wall was damaged from long term exposure to water. We were there for 16 nights and we are definitely NOT coming back.

Nice location

We spent a week here over Spring Break and it is in a great location. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and not being far from attractions. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Beautiful stay in Orlando

The house was in a great location, you could reach everything within 10-25min including amusement parks/outlets. The house was equipped with everything you need. The only thing that bothered us was that the bed in the master bedroom was extremely creaky EVERY time we moved.

Loved the location, view over the lake and the easy access to attractions. Close to airport but not in main flightpath. Area is kept smart and not over developed. We loved the wide streets and spaces between houses.
