Villa Dania se compone de cuatro habitaciones dobles grandes, incluyendo dos master suites con baño y dos habitaciones dobles. Hay una gran sala familiar que ha sido bellamente amueblada e incluye un cómodo salón y opciones de comidas formales e informales.

Para su entretenimiento, la villa cuenta con una sala de juegos totalmente equipada completa con una mesa de billar de siete pies, air hockey y futbolín de mesa.

Para mejorar sus vacaciones de ensueño, salga de las puertas del patio para descubrir una fantástica piscina y spa ubicado en una amplia terraza con orientación sur / sur oeste para maximizar la luz del sol durante todo el día.

Una valla de seguridad para niños está instalada para la protección de su familia y con 5 hamacas y mesas y sillas para 8 personas puede encontrar fácilmente un lugar para disfrutar del sol de Florida. La piscina / spa se puede calentar si es necesario y tiene iluminación subacuática. Como la piscina se enfrenta a un área de conservación sin vecinos posteriores, su privacidad está protegida.

House was perfect for my family trip. Close enough to everything we needed and very easy to find. Owner was very helpful through messaging on day 1 with a question as well. Kids really enjoyed the pool and had all amenities we needed and then some.

Overall this is a great place to stay for the price! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was perfect! I paid extra for the pool heat and was so worth it!! Had a slight inconvenience when we checked in but the owner was on top of it and definitely made it right!! His communication was excellent. Close to many restaurants and grocery.

We had great time , house was clean and had an amazing view of the sunset while sitting at the pool every night. The only issue we had was with the tempature of the spa, it would not go above 90 degrees (bought a temp guage) and when we contacted host he stated it was at 100( via his app), and to contact the property manager if I was still having issues. When we reached out to property manager a pool guy came out and said the temp was set to 90 degrees, he then raised it to 104 and the spa was excellent for that night, the next day the temp was at 90 again , reached out to host again and he raised the temp to 100 degrees ( via the app) and it was good for a couple hours then went back to 90 for the rest of our stay.We paid for the spa to be heated and only got a few nights in the spa out of the week we stayed.Would stay there again if the spa wasn't an issue

Our first experience booking a vacation rental through Vrbo couldn’t have been better. The home was wonderful—exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the pristine pool area. Staying in a gated community provided a great sense of security throughout our trip.A huge thank you to Peter for his prompt and helpful communication, and a special shout-out to the property manager. I accidentally left my backpack behind, and she went above and beyond by shipping it back to me. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this home again.

Nice quiet location and clean property. Pool was still pleasantly warm during our stay Nov/Dec. Did have some micro ants in various rooms initially but ant spray sorted that. Main king beds are good but the singles are not great for an adult, very creeky when tried using due to partner snoring :). Coms with Peter was good. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The house and accommodations were just perfect. There was a little issue with the AC, but after contacting the owner and property manager, the issue was resolved immediately. The location and neighborhood were peaceful and convenient. I would definitely stay again anc recommend it to others.

Nice property, everything you need. Good pool. Nice and roomy, plenty of room for a family. Well presented and stocked with all you could need. Air con a little noisy during the night. Definitely need a car, if only for supermarket and dining locally. Kissimmee dining and shopping around 20 minutes away.

Beautiful home! The house has a great layout and equipped with everything you need. Everyone loved the pool. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but manageable. The QR code made it very easy to come and go in the gated community.

Great stay!

Over all we enjoyed our stay! The pool was nice the house was clean. Our only complaint was that beds were pretty firm and all of the pillows were pretty flat and no extras if you’re using all the beds. Other than that the owner is great to work with and easy to communicate with!

I had a problem with the Hot tub the first night, but the owner got back to me. I was turning it on and off and not letting it heat up long enough. The problem was with me. The hot tub was great after that. The pool was great. The house was very clean. We had a great time staying there.

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, lots to do. Game room was fun, pool was nice, and family had a great time. Only complaint is that the train will randomly come through every once in awhile and make a ton of noise haha. Other than that, wonderful stay!
