This place was great! Very clean, comfortable beds, and a big couch for everyone to hangout on. The hot-tub was nice as well! Host was very accommodating as well and allowed us to check in early. Will be booking again next time I’m in Houston.

Communication with the host was good, and we were able to check in early which was very nice. The house also looked like the pictures that were posted.Unfortunately, we did run into several issues during our stay. The front and back door locks did not lock very well, which made us a little uncomfortable. The house also had a musty smell and did not appear to be very clean when we arrived.There was food left in the air fryer, a dirty glove left by the toilet, and we saw a roach near the trash can in the master bedroom. In the master bathroom, the shower had very poor water pressure, and we found black hairs in the shower and inside the drawers. There were also ants on the bathroom counter.Additionally, we were unable to find any pots or pans in the kitchen, and there were no washcloths available in the house.Overall, communication was good, but the cleanliness and a few maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

Thank you for your feedback and we will be changing our bug spraying service as a result to ensure there are no issues moving forward! However we are a little confused about the pots and pans as there are many in the kitchen, but you might have just missed them! Thanks again for staying with us and we are committed to improving!

Coming into the home you’re met with an open spaces that’s beautifully designed! Kitchen is BEAUTIFUL and bedrooms very spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were deeply clean, the host had all things needed for cooking and seasoning your food, fridge and freezer worked with no issue unlike other places I’ve rented, host was ALWAYS responding in a timely manner and if any concerns arose he made sure to answer, lastly, the HOT TUB WAS EVERYTHING during our weekend stay. So relaxing and getting to hang around the home including the streaming apps the host gave us access to in all bedrooms. DO NOT hesitate and book this home, promise you won’t regret it.

I mean this wholeheartedly and I hope my review help the next person. This property has a few good looking pictures but please don’t let it fool you! I came into Texas for the first time to celebrate my birthday and had surgery.There was several cockroaches and lizards. Literally! The microwave went out the first night so we didn’t think nothing of it because there was a stove unfortunately, the stove gave off an electric shock every time my husband touched it. We did call the property owner and he came the next day. He did bring electrician and they stay for a few hours which was very uncomfortable (the electrician even said it was a hazard in that it could’ve caused a explosion) because I just got out of my surgery. They was able to get the microwave back working but the stove continue to shock my husband and we just left it alone. There was no sympathetic about the property or the appliance. He was just happy to get his money and that was it but I hope that last him and that will be the last he do get until he really upgrade that property I would’ve been happy to spend my money somewhere else. It was truly hell on wheels for seven days there. Our plane did not leave until eight this morning and we left out at 2 AM. Happy to get out the house.

We are sorry about the issues with the appliances, however your review here is entirely misleading. As soon as you said that there was an issue with the appliances I came over immediately then called an electrician to come ASAP after give yall the choice between either turning the appliances off or fixing them now! Even your husband said that he appreciated the how quickly we were able to resolve this issue, and said everything was all good. I tried to be as accommodating as possible given the circumstances. Then after yall checked out you left multiple garbage bags of food through out the house with crumbs everywhere, causing the issue with the bugs.
