In the middle of Italy, in the hills of Le Marche, in the province of Pesaro, near the picturesque village of Pergola, Agriturismo Carincone is situated. A restored farmhouse dating from 1670.
Cottage ‘La Terra’ is a beautiful, spacious apartment. It has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living area/kitchen so that you can stay here with 6 people. The great thing about this apartment are the beautiful wall paintings and mosaic work on the walls.
In the apartment is a folder that provides you all kinds of information about the environment, addresses of delicious restaurants, places and days when markets are held, a detailed description of the picturesque villages and nature parks and of course also hikes that you can do. There are hikes which start immediately from out the cottage, others require you to make a short drive by car.
Outside you have a private terrace with a garden set, a parasol and sun loungers. On the lawn are several spots where you can enjoy the beautiful views. There is a small water park for people and animals to cool off, such as a waterfall, small wading pool and a BBQ, which you share with the other guests. Pets are welcome and free in cottage Terra. Here, with a panoramic view over the beautiful surroundings, the real ‘la dolce vita’ can still be found. The area offers many possibilities: culture, nature, walking and cycling, but also relaxation, beautiful views, good food and wine tasting.

very hard to reach should be seen on the advertisement

i paid for a week and i didn't take the aapartment. Very hard to reach. it was not good experience. i have to find at that night where i can spend the night.

This guest booked the apartment with the intention to go to work in another place (which he tought was closer by). For guests who want to spend a lovely quit holiday in the middle of nature our place is the place to be.

Die Ferienwohnung war eine frustierende Enttäuschung: Die Zufahrt über die Privatstraße war im Wald schlammig und die betonierte Steilauffahrt bei Nässse so glatt, dass mein Transporter mit dem Motorradanhänger auch bei Vollgas rückwärts wieder herunterrutschte und alles drohte den Abhang herunterzustürzen. Nur mit entladenem Anhänger im Schlepp eines 4x4 schaffte der Transporter den Aufstieg bei Nässe! Der Vermieter wußte aber, dass wir mit Anhänger anreisen und sagte am Telefon nichts dazu. Bei Nässe ist der Weg nur mit 4x4-PKw sicher zu befahren. Auch hatten wir für vier Personen drei Schlafzimmer gebucht. Das dritte "Schlafzimmer" war eine Klappcouch in der verlebten und mager ausgestatteten Wohnküche. Auch hier frustierend! Die Fotos im webauftritt sind viel älter, an der Außenwand der Fewo bröckelte der Putz. Positiv waren die gepflegte Außenanlage udn die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Um das sackgassenartig auf einem Hügel gelegene Gelände gibt es keine anderen Wege als die steile Betonaufffahrt aus dem Waldweg heraus, so dass auch schönes Wandern oder Radfahrern ausfällt. Ich möchte dort nie wieder hin und kann nur abraten!

Wat vervelend dat u zo gefrustreerd bent, toen ik u vroeg hoe het geweest was liet u mij toch een geheel andere indruk achter. Omdat u telkens antwoorden dat alles naar wens was. En wat fijn dat u mijn hulp ook gewaardeerd heeft dat ik u naar boven heb getrokken met de auto. Tevens heeft u alleen gezegd dat u met een motor kwam maar niet dat deze op een aanhangwagen stond, en zoals u ervaren heeft komen motor rijders gewoon bij ons boven. Misschien is het verstandig als u nog een paar rijlessen neemt met een aanhanger erachter en zich tevens goed informeert hoe de omgeving is. Wij hebben dit bedrijf al zins 2010 en iedereen is met wat voor voertuig dan ook gewoon bij ons aangekomen .Wat betreft de 3 slaapkamers, als u verder in de omschrijving had gekeken had u kunnen lezen dat er een slaapbank in de woonkeuken staat! Op u opmerking over de versleten en spaarzame keuken wil ik u het laten weten dat ik het hier niet mee eens ben. U heeft het appartement aangetroffen precies zo volgens omschrijving en foto's. Als u ons gevraagd had dat u had willen wandelen of fietsen dan hadden we u graag van meer informatie voorzien maar dit hoort u niet achteraf te vermelden. Deze plek is juist bij uitstek om te wandelen of te fietsen. Ik weet denk ik wel waarom u gefrustreerd bent geweest, want dat is omdat tijdens u verblijf de motor stuk is gegaan. Maar dat is geen goeie reden omdat op ons af te reageren .

After a visit to this region we found our dream, and in a perfect location. A restored farmhouse, which we have converted to our own taste into a farmhouse with holiday apartments, each with its own character. It was a huge job to put our Agriturismo Carincone on the map! But we succeeded and we have been fully operational for years now.
