Hiking and enjoy nature in Le Marche, Italy at Cottage ‘La Terra’

In the middle of Italy, in the hills of Le Marche, in the province of Pesaro, near the picturesque village of Pergola, Agriturismo Carincone is situated. A restored farmhouse dating from 1670.
Cottage ‘La Terra’ is a beautiful, spacious apartment. It has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living area/kitchen so that you can stay here with 6 people. The great thing about this apartment are the beautiful wall paintings and mosaic work on the walls.
In the apartment is a folder that provides you all kinds of information about the environment, addresses of delicious restaurants, places and days when markets are held, a detailed description of the picturesque villages and nature parks and of course also hikes that you can do. There are hikes which start immediately from out the cottage, others require you to make a short drive by car.
Outside you have a private terrace with a garden set, a parasol and sun loungers. On the lawn are several spots where you can enjoy the beautiful views. There is a small water park for people and animals to cool off, such as a waterfall, small wading pool and a BBQ, which you share with the other guests. Pets are welcome and free in cottage Terra. Here, with a panoramic view over the beautiful surroundings, the real ‘la dolce vita’ can still be found. The area offers many possibilities: culture, nature, walking and cycling, but also relaxation, beautiful views, good food and wine tasting.
We are looking forward to welcome you at Agriturismo Carincone and getting you acquainted with our warm Dutch hospitality with an Italian flair.

very hard to reach should be seen on the advertisement

i paid for a week and i didn't take the aapartment. Very hard to reach. it was not good experience. i have to find at that night where i can spend the night.

We are Eric and Nanja Helmers, both born in Amsterdam. We have lived there for many years in a hand-renovated motor cargo ship (1913) in the Amstel opposite the “Stopera”. In 2006 we decided to “change course” and embark on a new adventure in the beautiful landscape of Le Marche.
After a visit to this region we found our dream, and in a perfect location. A restored farmhouse, which we have converted to our own taste into a farmhouse with holiday apartments, each with its own character. It was a huge job to put our Agriturismo Carincone on the map! But we succeeded and we have been fully operational for years now.
