- The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a modern glass-enclosed shower, and the second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with updated fixtures.

- Bath and beach towels are provided, so you’ll have everything you need for a laid-back and comfortable stay.

Equipped with flat panel HDTVs with Netflix for entertainment and a large comfy lounge and dining space..

Fully Equipped:

The kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and silverware, including a drip coffee maker for your morning brew, allowing guests to prepare their own Caribbean meals,. The living room has a large LCD TV and a TV in the master bedroom. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Essentials Start Pack Included:

Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started.

Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Inclusions:

The unit comes equipped with 2 folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. A personal safe is also provided.

Outdoor Space:

A highlight of the condo is the large f,ully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.  It is furnished with outdoor ceiling fans, an outdoor dining table, couches and a hammock.  Folding beach chairs, pool/beach toys, kids' games/toys, puzzles, and portable beach coolers are available for guests' use.

The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.

Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

Check-in:

- You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code 2-days before arrival.

- You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in.

- Early check-in is subject to the cleaning schedule following departing guests and can be confirmed with the property manager the day before your arrival.

Check-out:

Self check out @ 11:00 AM: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message and before arrival.

- There is NO Late Check-out, unless arranged with the property manager as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests.
