Nuestro piso es amplio y de 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 6 a 8 personas .Tendrá tienen magníficas vistas del océano desde el balcón y sala de estar. Estás a unos pasos de la playa de arena de Seven Mile.
El condominio está totalmente equipada para recibir a los invitados (familia con abuelos, dos familias, dos parejas ...). Allí podrá disfrutar de tener las comidas en la terraza

La ubicación es perfecta. 10 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto y en poca distancia de muchos restaurantes. Usted está a pocos pasos de distancia de Camaná Bay, conocida por sus tiendas y restaurantes.

Además de que tiene en una la mejor playa del mundo, Grand Cayman también ofrece una gran cantidad de actividades como: (en frente del condominio) buceo, snorkel, Pesca, golf, rayas.
Los niños ganaron 't quedar fuera: nadar con delfines, granja de tortugas, ....

Los deportes y actividades: Nuestro complejo es casi al lado del complejo Marriott Beach, donde se puede practicar deportes acuáticos como jet ski, vela, buceo ... etc.
También estamos a unos pasos de una tienda de buzos.

Compras: También son muy cerca de la avenida comercial de Playa de 7 millas (lo suficiente como para estar en silencio), donde encontrará tiendas y restaurantes. ¡Puede viajar en este bulevar en un pequeño autobús turístico que puede llevarlo al centro de Georgetown en 2 minutos por $ 2!

AVISO ESPECIAL:

Algunas tormentas han causado una grave erosión de las playas en nuestra área de Playa de Siete Millas.
Una increíble cantidad de arena fue lavada al norte de nuestra ubicación.
Lamentablemente, en este momento, tuvimos que quitar muchas de nuestras sillas de playa y sombrillas.
En condiciones normales, tradicionalmente, perdemos algo de arena en los meses de otoño. La playa normalmente vuelve a la normalidad a mediados o finales de diciembre. Esto no ha sucedido todavía.
Ha sido inconsistente y literalmente cambia a diario ... algunos días son mejores que otros.

Hay muchas tumbonas y sombrillas en la piscina con vistas al océano.
Puede acceder fácilmente a las partes arenosas de la playa de Seven Mile a un corto paseo a lo largo de la costa.

Por favor, pregunte acerca de la condición de la playa, ya que puede cambiar literalmente durante la noche.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the cooler bag and ice blocks, ample towels and beach toys. We all slept very well in the beds and had everything we needed to cook meals. This was a GREAT experience for our family- thank you.

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Excellent view and location. The pool was a great size for our 3 teen/preteen kids. Beach access was super easy with great snorkeling. Only negative to the trip were the beds- not comfortable. Otherwise our stay was without any issue and very enjoyable!

Managers on duty were very attentive. Cleaning staff were first rate. Wonderful views and very spacious. Beach erosion isn’t as bad as warnings. Yes, very little beach at high tide but not really an issue at low tide.

The amenities of the condo were great Tons of beach towels and basic spices and loads of containers and pots and pans to use. Walkable to Kirk’s food store and to coconut joes and peppers. I would definitely come back to Tamarind bay

Great property with a wonderful location and fantastic view

Conveniently located walking distance from several dining and shopping areas, we had a wonderful time with an ocean view and walking along the beach. There is incredible snorkeling right off the shore and the warm pool was a nice place to view the sun setting into the ocean. The property was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Great stay at Tamarind Bay, Grand Cayman

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamarind Bay vacation rentals. The unit was clean and well equiped. The pool had plenty of chairs and the water was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Ms. Pipers, Coconut Joe's and Peppers. You should stay here!

Beautiful views from the living room and patio. The pool was amazing, and the condo was so lovely, and fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, hanging out, and for going to the beach. The location was great with restaurants within walking distance and close by to everything else.

Great Location

Quiet condo complex in great location. Easy access, manager on site to assist with questions, and many restaurants within walking distance. Condo fully stocked with everything you need, especially the towels. The best part was the view of the ocean from the living room and lanai.

1st time to Grand Cayman

What a great condo, complex, location & view. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of bath & beach towels. It was so wonderful to have a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit as well. The pool area was nice & clean, equipped with grills, and plenty of seating.

Great great property

This is an excellent place to stay in the Caymans. The Management group are wonderful and so knowledgeable.. The unit fit seven of us perfectly. This place is also within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shopping.It is clean and a wonderful place to stay!! This is our third time here and absolutely love it!

Everything was wonderful

The condo was beautiful and clean and the view of the ocean, pool and palm trees from the living room window was amazing. We had 8 family members and we had plenty of room and plenty of beach towels and beds we all loved it, it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Cayman beauty

Beautiful place. Clean and comfortable. Had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning but our host had 2 company's come in to help. Then called twice to make sure were cool enough. I would recommend this condo for a family vacation. The beach has eroded away but you can still snorkel and Governors Beach is a short bus ride away. We were very happy with our accommodations

Wonderful Stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four although it could have easily accommodated a bigger group. There was a natural great reef off to the left of complex and an artificial reef in front of the Marriott next door. There was very little beach but Pierre was very upfront about that, so we were prepaid. There are several good restaurants in walking distance and you can get to Camana Bay easily by pedestrian bridge.

Wonderful Place and Location

Everything about this property was first class and as depicted on the website. We really enjoyed it. A couple of quick notes. There is no beach at the property so you have to walk a short distance and the third floor apartment which has a great view is a walk-up. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the nice reviews . We are happy you have enjoyed your stay ! Great news : the beach has improved a lot over the last few weeks . We are now able to put some chairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of our complex . Mother Nature has finally brought back some nice sand !

Excellent property despite loss of beach access

Condo was very nice. We knew beach access was gone due to erosion but this was also true for nearby properties. This was only reason to not give it 5 stars. Pool very pleasant and watched sunset most nights. Condo had great view and was very comfortable. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Incredible Property

Beautiful property, tons of space (we had 4 adults and 3 children) with incredible views. Awesome location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Owners and property manager are quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The property is immaculate and well maintained. Unfortunately the beach directly in front of the property recently washed out, but there are a TON of options very close by and we had no problem finding spots on neighbouring beaches. That said, the pool and lounge area are always a fantastic option. Our families had an amazing time, and this property is guaranteed to meet & exceed your expectations.

Amazing Condo

First we want to thank Pierre/Andre for the incredible condo. As fantastic as the condo pictures are, the condo is even more amazing and easily handled our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Thanks also to Kathy, the onsite manager for her assistance! The condo was very clean and they even provided a person to come in mid week to refresh/clean the condo. The condo is in a really good location. The property is on seven mile beach with a great view of the water. Restaurants are nearby as is car rental. Foster's supermarket is about a half mile walk. Public beach access is about a mile north. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding

Oceanfront. Three good sized bedrooms and a perfect oceanfront screened in porch. This is a family oriented condo complex. The online pics are modest about the view. Centrally located. Steps to the Marriott. On site property manager was so helpful getting us comfortable. A small welcome basket was an unexpected kindness. . Pool is lovely. Grills have a view of the ocean. Plenty of towels, and maid service was available. Full kitchen with everything you could want - super important given high price of restaurants in the Caymans. The owner was transparent and helpful. Nearby beaches are pristine. Also recommend Kaibo for a BBQ on Tuesday, and calypso grill for a night out!

Decent Place Overall

This was our 15th country visited and we’ve been to about 100 or more vrbo type stays for reference, so a veteran as it relates to short term stays and expectations. The accommodation overall was as described and very functional. There were numerous restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Groceries are 4 minute drive max, 15-20 min walk. My only gripe is the accommodation being in need of some updating. The fridge and washer is rusted and needs replacement. Many areas of the home need to just be repainted to bring it up to the level I’d expect for 700usd a night. The beds are beyond overdue to be replaced, one of which was visibly sagging. The pillows are very flat and made it hard to sleep. One of this was bad, just underwhelming for the price. Closest beach you can swim in is about 5 minutes walk, but is a very small section of 7 mile. With a longer walk or 5 min drive, you can reach governors beach, or another 3 minutes to cemetery (better) beach, which has decent snorkeling. Do not attempt to snorkel at the property, it’s unsafe (not a novice swimmer or snorkeler). It’s good once you’re out, but getting past the rocks riddled with urchins, not a good time.
