We had a great stay at this property. The house was super cute and made you feel like you were at home and welcome. It was conveniently located, within walking distance of the downtown area. It was clean and had everything that a person would need. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied for any cooking needs. Dawn was a great host and communicated with us as soon as we arrived to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the Balsam Lake area.

The property was very spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked with pots and pans so we were able to cook. Location was great, Overall it was a great stay.

The house was very comfortable and clean. It was in a great location. We walked to the Main Street. Dawn is a great host. She was easy to communicate with and quick with responses. We plan to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the House on Basil Street. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a nice short walk to Main Street, where we shopped and had coffee and ice cream. We even enjoyed the Polk County museum. Our daughter loved swimming at the sandy beach. We would definitely stay here again!
