▪︎ Seasonal River Access: In warmer months, you can enjoy direct river access for boating, fishing, and watersports right from the property. The private dock is removed in winter to protect it from the ice.

If you're flying in, Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is conveniently located approximately 8-10 miles away, a quick 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area for your convenience from the airport or for getting around locally.
