The home was very comfortable and accommodating for my visiting friends. Loved how the renovation preserved the old yet provided all the modern accommodations.

Lovely holiday stay in a beautiful home. Owner put so much care into all the decorative details. Great appliances, including an espresso machine:) Looking forward to coming back to Greenport.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very tasteful in terms of design, aesthetics and amenities. Easy to communicate. Very close to downtown and the marina where we were participating in a regatta. We would love to come back again!

House is very clean and super convenient to town! The only downside is that there is one shower. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive with any questions we had. Would highly suggest!

Deirdre was a great host, always replying quickly. The house is in a quaint neighborhood, very clean and with a good space outside for hanging out, bbq, fire pit, lawn chairs. Very clean!

We absolutely loved our trip in Greenport and it was only made better by staying at Dierdre's home. It was a gem of a place that felt warm and cosy. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious, especially the kitchen. Perfect for 4 people (and more!) The location was great for us as we could walk into town within a few minutes and could even walk to Kontokosta winery. Communication was not an issue as she was very prompt with responses and the check in/out process was seamless. We can't wait to stay again!

Property was great. Well stocked with everything you'd need. The weather happened to get chilly and there was an issue with the heat not being turned on for the first time of the fall season...the property owner was super responsive in getting the issue addressed the same day so our kids were not cold.Backyard was super cute and we enjoyed a late night fire in the pit.Bonus was the dart board in the sun room!We hope to stay here again soon!

This house was great for us! We were in town for a reunion/wedding and we really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and walkable to everything in Greenport. The house was also well stocked with everything we needed while visiting and the host was responsive and helpful with our questions. The only challenge of the house for our group was the bedroom/bathroom situation, as you needed to go through one bedroom to access the second bedroom and bathroom. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and worth it for the price of the home. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent this home again!

We loved this renovated farmhouse. The mixture of old, new, modern, quaint was fantastic. The backyard with native plants, flowers and vegetables was another plus. Greenport is close to beaches, parks and for us family. The place was immaculate, filled with wonderful amenities. I was able to access a plug in the garage for my RAV4 hybrid plug in car.Our only negative was the you can only access the main bathroom/laundry room through one of the bedrooms. Not ideal if you needed all 3 bedrooms.

Greenport Gem

Our family of five stayed here for July 4th weekend. It was our first time staying on the North Fork and this house was a perfect home for a weekend spent exploring. Quick 10 minute walk into town, access to excellent restaurants, bustling waterfront with all types of yachts and boats. The house was very clean, the street is very quiet. The beds are comfy! And Deirdre was very responsive and really helpful! Bathrooms and kitchens are completely modern. We loved the backyard and used the firepit to make smores. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there and a glass of wine after dinner. We will be back!
