This picturesque hideaway is your perfect getaway retreat. Located behind a private gate on the historic Kincaid Ranch and secluded Trancas Vineyards, overlooking Zuma Beach, just 1 mile from amenities and Malibu’s main thoroughfare, Pacific Coast Highway. This cottage backs up to the Santa Monica Mountains National Park with direct access to hiking/biking trails. You can surround yourself in the peace and quiet of nature or get out and explore all that Malibu has to offer. The cottage is conveniently located to our community Vintage Market, dining, shops and corner Starbucks,

Luxurious finishes, featuring quartz counter tops and stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, in the custom full kitchen. Each bathroom highlights Italian tile, Carrera marble, fresh white towels, rain shower head and pebble shower floor. The bedroom furniture and sliding barn doors are custom handcrafted. Crisp white linens and comfy pillows adorn each queen size bed. Well-appointed furnishings complete the living, dining space, including a large screen 4K television with YouTube TV and Netflix. The large covered patio enjoys a living wall for privacy, al fresco dining area and outdoor seating all overlooking a spectacular whitewater ocean view. A shared laundry room, with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are available for your convenience. Stay connected with free WIFI and high speed internet connection.


Walls of glass draw the outside into every living and sleeping area. Wake up to the stunning white water ocean view. Dine inside or alfresco on the covered porch. At the end of the day watch the sunset over the ocean while relaxing in the porch rocking chairs and as darkness falls, gaze up at the night skies and listen to the sounds of nature, then let the soothing song of the crashing waves lull you to sleep.

During your stay, be sure to take advantage of the spectacular views overlooking the vineyard and Santa Monica Mountains or take a quiet hike/mountain bike and explore the area.

My favorite get-a-way hands down. I try to get back as much as I can. It is so peaceful and has the best views in Southern California. Robin is great. The cottage is cozy/small but has everything you need. I cannot recommend Robins cottage enough.

This is a very lovely location at the top of Trancas canyon. The views are beautiful and it is a very peaceful and scenic setting. The house was clean and well appointed. The hosts are very responsive. Perfect stay!

Malibu beach getaway

The cottage was located in a very private area adjacent to a small winery and hiking trails in the rear of the property. The front of the property had a large patio providing an ocean view. The inside was clean and comfortable and we appreciated that each bedroom had it's own private bath. The short drive down the canyon took us to PCH and several restaurant and shopping options, as well as the beaches. Highly recommended for a Malibu beach getaway.

Incredible location and property

Awesome 5 night stay! Enjoyed many easy trips to broad beach and nearby hiking. The cottage is well appointed, clean and offers some of the best ocean and mountain views around. Perfect for two couples or a family of four.
