You truly have to step onto this property to understand how breathtaking it is. The ocean views don’t just surround you, they seem to wrap you in this quiet, unreal beauty. The yard is so private, and feels like your own little slice of Malibu paradise. Every direction you look, there’s something peaceful and stunning waiting for you.We chose this home for our annual family retreat, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The seclusion, the calm, the space to just be together all added up to something really special.And I have to say, the host made all the difference. Kind, attentive, quick to respond to anything we needed. Their care pushed our stay from “wonderful” to truly unforgettable. We left with memories we’ll be talking about for years.Absolutely recommend.

Uniquely beautiful property

We took the family to Malibu for a little summer vacation and stayed in this lovely home. The location is so amazing, set on a hilltop with gorgeous views. I appreciated the fact that the breathtaking yard is being kept up so well. The steep driveway winds you up to this amazing spot. We were in awe, and even had a beautiful deer visit outside the living room window one afternoon and just stare at us! You’ll love the chef’s kitchen as well with top notch appliances. We hope to visit again soon.

Dreamland!

Perfect for our family get together. The kitchen worked perfect for hosting our celebration brunch! Loved the property, grass areas, patio seating and view of the ocean. We got lucky to have an amazing moon which made sitting outside even more special! Would enjoy returning to this gem again when visiting Malibu. Thank you Kevin for being an amazing host!

Amazing stay

Best View!

The view from this lovely home is spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets made you feel at complete peace. The plants, flowers, and huge grass area were a welcome respite from the craziness of everyday life. The owner was very accommodating and answered every question immediately via text or the VRBO App. We hit Malibu on a perfect weather weekend. Thank you for this nice weekend in your home.

Home With An Amazing View

The estate is beyond stunning. Strategically located, we were able to get to beaches, dining places, and even made a day trip to Beverly Hills, with time to spare for hanging out in the spacious home with an amazing view of the mountains and the pacific ocean. It is very close to Broad beach, El Matador beach and Zuma beach. Kids loved the sand and the waves. The backyard was littered with plants and flowers of vibrant colours. Set against the blue backdrop of the pacific ocean and skies, words cannot even describe what I saw, and still remember vividly as I now write about our stay there. Our 3 dogs were delighted by the amount of land space they could explore, and play fetch in. The home was fashioned nostalgically, seeming bringing memories to us from other time. We were inspired by the drawings in the bedroom to check out the Pacific Park at Santa Monica Pier, and Santa Monica beach, which is my son's all time favourite beach. It also has many tall windows to view the beautiful surroundings, sunrise and sunset, from within. There is also a patio facing the great Pacific Ocean, where we could chill and watch everything, taking in all sights and sounds, and the smell of salt water. Kevin and Chaya were spot on in their recommendation of dining choice, which we all checked out eagerly, and we were not disappointed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our first time renting a home away from home, as opposed to a hotel, has been an enjoyable one!

Winter break vacation

We stayed 3 nights including New Year’s eve and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. The property outside was huge and had awesome views. Kevin was a great host. Highly recommended. The photos in the listing are 100% accurate.

This one is worth EVERY penny!!

Don’t hesitate to book this one! The best view in Malibu, and the most beautiful and relaxing setting for a little break from reality! The owners were super friendly and responsive which made our stay even more amazing! Aside from the perfectly manicured outdoor spaces and the view, our group of 5 (and two dogs!) most appreciated the comfortable outdoor seating, the spacious kitchen and living room for gathering and the cozy beds to fall into at the end of the day. Also, the location can’t be beat! Close to all Malibu has to offer, but when you arrive “home” it feels that you have escaped from the hustle and bustle of the world below…our kids literally cried when it was time to checkout. The next time we are in CA, we are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be able to snag this stay again!!

EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!!

The property was stunning both inside and out. The house was very clean. We also felt very safe at the property because we had security checks of the grounds during our stay. It can get quite dark there and it just gave us the added peace of mind. The grounds were beautiful and we had a perfect view of both the sunrise and sunsets. Mr. Cohen was so helpful by giving us the information we needed for the area and his restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our host was thoughtful and not at all misleading. I really cannot think of one disappointing aspect. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay at the Cohen property again very soon!

family time in Malibu

We had a great family vacation in Malibu. Kevin was the perfect host and my family enjoyed the large yard and proximity to the beaches. The house was clean and had everything needed for a fun weekend at the beach.

Best view in Malibu

This was my second trip returning to this wonderful property and it is the BEST vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. The house and yard have the most stunning view I’ve seen anywhere in my life. The house is extremely clean and the yard is well kempt. Biggest yard ever, with total privacy. A great place to relax or work remotely, we will definitely be back again soon.
