Located south of Doniphan, enjoy what this 1-bedroom cabin has to offer. Nestled in a tranquil setting, guests can unwind in the delightful ambiance of this cozy retreat. With 1 king bed, 1 bathroom equipped with all the essentials, and modern amenities like WiFi and AC, your stay here will be nothing short of tremendous. The cabin offers a TV in the loft bedroom and TV in the living room. The kitchen offers a stove top, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and coffee maker. There is a large deck with an outstanding view of the river. The deck has lounge chairs and a dining table. The cabin deck offers a gas grill, electric griddle and a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) There is an additional deck with lounge chairs overhanging the river. A beach front gravel area is provided (with beach chairs) to dip your toes in the beautiful river. A private boat ramp is provided. A fire pit with seating is located behind the beautiful cabin. Firewood is provided. Enjoy your time in Doniphan at our cabin.

Hosts were attentive and available, but we didn't really need them. The 'cabin' (its much nicer than a 'cabin') was well stocked, very clean, comfortable and relaxing.Photos and descriptions were accurate.Enjoyed time on the deck, on the river over-look, and around the fire pit. We hope to return!

This place is wonderful!! It’s a cozy comfortable cabin that is well maintained and the perfect spot for a couple’s get away. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to take advantage of the beautiful views of the river. It’s secluded and private yet only 10 or 15 minutes away from a quint small town with plenty of restaurants and antique/thrift shops. The communication with the owner was friendly, clear, accommodating and easy. We will definitely be back very soon!!

This cabin was adorable and very clean. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate guests, even leaving fish food to feed fish in the river and having a deer feeder in the field behind the cabin so the deer came out to visit every evening! This was the perfect and most relaxing cabin ever and I will be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress cabin! Bryce and Sherrie are fantastic hosts who really think of all the details to make the experience memorable. The cabin and property have so many nice touches that add value to the stay. From the fire pit to the grills on the deck overlooking the beautiful Current River, I can't say enough about this romantic couples retreat. The interior is clean and cozy, and the property is pristinely maintained. I also love the 2 o'clock checkin and the 4 o'clock checkout. Another great value to this wonderful experience. The communication with the hosts was on point throughout our stay. Bryce and Sherrie are warm and welcoming, and this is reflected in the character of the property. We can't wait to return in the near future!

This cottage is great! It has been completely renovated & is beautiful. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need & more. It is located on the river with beautiful views with a private beach & private boat ramp. It has a large deck that is perfect. The fire pit was fun to sit around in the evening. My husband & I will definitely be staying here again.

We were really nicely surprised with this little cabin on the river! Great location, grounds were immaculate and Bryce and Sherry Matthews are great Hosts! This place is food for the soul and so quiet. Cabin was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly think of. We will be back!

This was the first trip to the Current River for me and my wife. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Bryce is an excellent host. Communication was great and he helped us with everything we needed. The photos in VRBO of the cabin and surrounding area were very accurate. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the deck by the water. We did a kayak float from Doniphan to the cabin which was perfect. It took about 4 hours. Finishing up right there at the cabin was ideal. Everything exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely be back.

Perfect riverside rental

Such an incredibly relaxing stay. Extremely comfortable & spotless accommodations, in an Immaculate landscape. Hidden gem. Loved having robes available and thick soft towels, like a 5 star resort. Actually better. Fished, floated, sat by river. 10/10 Owners are absolutely delightful and did a wonderful job (in every category) with this rental. Definitely want to come back. Just wow. 12/10

Cypress is fantastic!

Well the pictures are great but they don’t do it justice. My wife and I needed a relaxing weekend getaway and this property was perfect! We do our own cooking and the grill and griddle were perfect for us. We used pretty much the whole place. The table with umbrella and the lounge chairs with umbrella on the deck, the beach chairs and umbrellas at the private beach, the deck chairs on the deck overhanging the river and the fire pit. It rained for awhile Saturday so we stayed dry playing cards on the deck with the umbrella and lounge chairs. We relaxed for a movie in the comfortable living space and made good use of the kitchen. This place is great and we WILL be back. We met the owner for a brief tour upon arrival which was helpful and a delight. If you’re unfamiliar with the Current River, the water is crystal clear and makes for a relaxing hangout. The place was decorated top notch. A lot of thought went into this cabin and it made for an A stay.

Everything was perfect! Every detail was well thought out. Bryce was very helpful and responsive. The cabin was so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed Doniphan and paddling the Current River. But quiet times close to home were just as good! We'll definitely be back.
