Relax with the family at this peaceful canal house on a double lot with plenty of outdoor space. The home sleeps six comfortably with a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with twin bunks (or optional queen upon request at the time of booking), and a queen sleeper sofa. Inside, enjoy updated amenities; outside, unwind on two covered patios, gather at the firepit, or secure your boat in the fully fenced yard behind a gated drive. The neighborhood began as a relaxed lake-camp community, so homes sit a bit closer together, but most are weekend getaways, keeping the area quiet and easy-going. Vegetation may appear in the canal; it’s a natural, temporary event actively managed and treated by the River Authority. We live around the corner and are happy to assist, or give full privacy. The two-bed, one-bath home includes an eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, and large utility workspace. Enjoy full use of the property and all red decking. 9655 Warm Springs.

This house has been a dear companion to our family, serving as a vacation home and for a short while, home to all of us during a transitional move. The ambiance here is near to our hearts and we hope all of our guest feel the same 'spirit' here as we do.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is in a comfortable transition, with many of the original lake-camp homes being refreshed or replaced with newer ones. This creates a welcoming blend of charm and improvement while keeping the area relaxed and friendly. Guests can enjoy great community amenities, including a summer pool, a playground with picnic tables, and a basketball court. The nearby boat-ramp area offers even more to do, with a fishing pier, bird-watching and sightseeing spots, an additional playground, park space with picnic tables, a beach volleyball court, and a pickleball court—perfect for fun, relaxing days outdoors.
