The cottage is within walking distance to a 97 acre park with a beachfront and beautiful trails. Walkable to restaurants and an amusement park as well. The house was clean and neat. We appreciated our stay and would recommend staying here to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay. Home was very warm despite the cold temperatures and snow. I can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay. We were in Rochester to visit family. House was the perfect location. Was so clean. Beds were so comfortable, even the pullout lounge was comfortable! Kitchen was so well stocked. Loved having a washing machine and dryer. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean, nice back yard with a deck. Everything you need. It is very close to the waterpark and restaurants within walking distance.

This home was perfect! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, the host was so kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us being near our families and friends. Not a single detail was not thought of. We will 100% rent again for all of our future trips to Rochester. Thank you!!

A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned. Fortunately the big screen tv's, and supplied board games kept us busy when we weren't able to find other indoor things to do. Property manager was prompt in their response to any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely stay here again.
