The loft is spacious and airy, with a well equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer. The location is ideal—only a 5-minute walk to Water Street’s restaurants and shops. The only negative is the futon in the second bedroom: the pad is too hard for a comfortable night’s sleep.
