Best suited for a couple or a couple with one child.

Just steps to the beach, Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, and the iconic Tiki Hut — everything you need for the perfect Hilton Head getaway!

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It looked just like the photos in the listing. We especially appreciated how close it was to both the beach and the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. One evening, we walked to the Tiki Hut for live music and enjoyed a relaxing walk back along the beach afterward. The outdoor showers were a nice bonus for rinsing off after spending time at the beach. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Not sure what you mean by not as clean as you would have wanted, wish you could have been more specific. We get nothing but compliments on our cleaning efforts. I have a wonderful cleaning staff that has been with me for almost 10 years and then I have an inspector that goes in behind them to just double check and make sure nothing was missed. Furniture is exactly as pictured.
