This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers more than you can imagine to kick back and relax or stay for business, sports or fun activities with family and friends! Pets are welcome (up to 3) for an additional fee.

Located just minutes from 315 and interstate 270, convenient access to downtown Columbus, Polaris, The Ohio State University and so much more.

Property is situated on close to three acres of land backing up to preserved nature space and Highbanks Metro Park.

This property is Energy/Carbon neutral. powered with 32 Kw of solar, 16 kw battery backup and 2 geothermal heat pumps. This property produces more energy than it consumes. It will also continue to power all low voltage items during a power outage (lights, Television, internet, appliances). Rest assured that while you relax in this spacious home you will be having minimal impact on the environment.

This beautiful house sit on acreage that backs up to the Olentangy river. We spotted deer in the backyard. The house was very clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Good communication with a renter.

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and spacious. The check in instructions were easy to check in and to gain access the house. Our hosts, Stephen and Beth were responsive and answered our questions promptly. I wish were staying longer to get a chance to enjoy the spacious backyard and the patio firepit, but maybe next time. Great place for a family needing more space.
