With 1400 square feet of living space, you and your group will be able to relax in beautiful surroundings with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring during your stay.

The first floor boasts a nice sized dining room with seating for six and an open concept living room that enters into the kitchen with counter seating for 2. The kitchen is well equipped with a small crockpot, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, and many more tools to make those great tailgate meals. If you're not heading to the game, relax in front of the big screen TV to catch all the action on the streaming service that is available! There is also a laundry closet, half bathroom, and a cute back patio that opens into the small back yard. The metal fence is only 4 feet tall so it is not recommended for large dogs.

Upstairs, you will find an open loft area with a twin bed, a king bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

There is parking available for two cars in the driveway.
There is a portable crib available in the unit.
There is a charcoal grill available for use. Must be cleaned after each use.
Outdoor cameras may be in use.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.
Number of occupants shall not exceed the number allowed.
PET FRIENDLY for 2 dogs max! Must pick up after your pets! If pet waste is found, a $250 penalty will be charged to your credit card. Pets must also be crated at all times when renters are not in the unit. Do not allow pets on the furniture, dog blankets are provided.
