Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This walkability and proximity to the lake and nighlife was the biggest head turner. Lake and beach access right at the end of the street. You are in the HEART of Lake Front District which Little Elms Downtown area. Learn to wake board at Hydros water park or learn to surf on the flow riders over at the cove! BOTH are walking distance! Plus you dont have to go for for food! Fuzzys tacos is right at the end of the street! This location is excellent AND you can easily park a moving van out front! The city is working with a developer on redeveloping this neighborhood and phase one of the Constuction has already begun a few streets over. We expect the street E. Park to be widened and curbs to be added over the next year. Luxury new townhouses are being built around the corner from this home and will look very similar in style to this cutie on E. Park. This entire area is so full of life and activity! Fantastic place for a staycation or exciting place to keep you active for longer stays!

Everything in this home is cozy and new! Top quality bedding, finishes, and bougie kitchen appliances for foodies! I especially love the great room and that the TV can pull away from the wall so you can watch TV while cooking or pull it to the foot of the sleeper sofa and cozy up in bed for a nighttime cinema experience! Its just such a charming space with SO many activities right at your fingertips! Longer term tenants will enjoy the community rec center behind the home. The city offers inexpensive daily rates for gym rats, the walking trails are directly outside of this home for our joggers, bikers and dog walkers! Plus Fuzzys tacos is just a short walk from the house!
