Estrella is situated on the harbour side of the historic Dunmore Town, Harbour Island. Nestled between Ramora Bay Marina and Briland Club, Estrella has one of the best sunset views on the island. Recently renovated, Estrella consists of 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 between two buildings. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, living areas with Direct TV, sunroom with wet bar and ice maker, reverse osmosis water filtration system, Sonos Sound System (indoor & outdoor), and a backup generator. The Captain’s Quarters has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The outdoor area includes a heated Infinity swimming pool, kitchen with gas grill & seating area, and an outdoor shower. Estrella has a private dock with 2 boat lifts; 24k lbs. and 20k lbs. Inquire with owner about use of boat lifts.
