Sea Dream House es una casa de nueva construcción, de más de 4.000 metros cuadrados con 5 dormitorios amplios, ideal para la familia y de amigos. Situado en el borde de Dunmore Town con vistas increíbles puestas de sol desde la terraza. Estamos a pocos minutos del puerto y de la playa del océano y la distancia a pie de la ciudad. Aunque no 'sobre el agua', estamos muy bien situado para satisfacer aquellos que quieren una verdadera casa de la isla en la isla # 1 clasificado (2005) en el Caribe por la revista Travel and Leisure. Con una gran zona común de estar / cocina para comidas de tertulia y diversión, sino que también ofrece privacidad para los momentos de tranquilidad que anhelamos para las vacaciones. Hemos recibido a huéspedes internacionales para las reuniones y los invitados a la boda que quieren compartir sus vacaciones en la isla, así como muchas familias que quieren ir de vacaciones en las Bahamas. We first stayed in this house in 2012 and haven’t considered anyplace else in our 9 visits since. The house comfortably fits our family (3 sisters in our 50s, our spouses and 6 adult children) and we can all eat at the same dinner table! The kitchen is well-equipped which allows us to bring food and cook some family meals in. There are plenty of bath and beach towels and the housekeeper is responsive when you need something.The owner has been so easy to work with and responsive when things have come up, which doesn’t happen often but occasionally on a tiny little island. And every year, he checks in to see if there is anything thing we think the house needs when he is restocking the house..and every year there are upgrades.I highly recommend this home…..you are seconds from a grocery store and a well-stocked convenience store that is open Christmas Day! The very best grouper sandwich is across the ball field at Angela’s Starfish. And the sunset from the decks overlooking the bay are incredible.

Incredible home with an abundance of beds for large groups. Bill was very responsive, as was his on island house manager. Kitchen, living, and patio are very spacious to hosts nights in. The location is very central and walking distance to grocery store.

Old people having fun

6 of us (3couples) all in our 60s and 70s stayed and had a great time. We snorkeled every day 5 minutes away at the pink sand beach. We cooked dinner twice, and went out the other nights. We hired a boat to takes us around, we swam with turtles, singrays, and pigs. A great time had by all.

Roomy, great location but needs TLC

The location is great, just a short golf cart ride or long-ish walk from restaurants and the Pink Sand Beach, perched on a hill with lovely sunset views. The size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds is also very good. However the house is overdue for some updating both cosmetically and mechanically.

Spring Break at Seadream

We enjoyed our stay at Seadream. We were there with moms and teenage daughters on spring break. Although the house was rustic we enjoyed our time just fine.

Idyllic Large Hilltop House in Dunmore Town

Gathered parents and friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. We were very pleasantly surprised about the spaciousness of the house and its amazing views. The location on the edge of town was perfect, allowing quick access to the beach, the town, and the dock, while also encouraging interaction with locals. The nearby power generation plan was not visible and could not be smelled in any way, but it created a constant white noise that we got used to within a day or so. The roosters on the island are very charming, but light sleepers should bring earplugs for their crowing.

This place has the potential to be a wonderful destination

Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision whether to take the risk or not. However, I do have to say, the owner/general manager Mr. Bill Corcoran was very nice and understanding and sympathetic with the situation we went through, and refunded us the money. Also, the agent from VRBO, Dubraska was very helpful and sympathetic.

Spring Break

Sea dream is an amazing property. Perched on a hill overlooking the sea with enormous porches and tons of seating. The host was responsive to every question, offered recommendations for just about anything. I would highly recommend.

Great Visit to Harbour Island Bahamas

We had a great family vacation on Harbour Island just off Eluthera, Bahamas. The house had a large kitchen and living room that made for a great gathering place for all 9 of us to hang out, cook meals, and play games. The very large decks that surround the home allow for great ocean views. We were walking distance to downtown, and a short ride to the beautiful pink sands beach. It was a great family getaway -- and celebration of our granddaugher's first birthday.

Great group spot

Had a fantastic stay at the property. Wa there for a wedding at the dunmore and stayed with four families with everyone from infants to octogenarians. House was great for all with the centerpiece great room/dining room plus adjoining sunset porch a perfect place to catch up and hang out. Terrific communication leading up to and throughout the stay. Little details like the drinking water, crib and stocked cooking options were additionally massive pluses. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house with everything you need for a great vacation!!!! House manager stopped by the first day to make sure we had everything we needed and could not have been nicer. Fantastic communication with the owner prior to our trip. Highly recommend!!!!

Wedding Weekend

Great house set up for a bigger party of 8-10 ppl. Easy access to eveyrhing you need cooking wise and quick trips to restaurants, bars and stores via golf car. Bill is very responsive and provides great recommendations too. 5 starts!

Very spacious

We had a large group and this place had plenty of room. Nice view of the ocean. You do have the power plant close by that you can hear when you are sitting out on the deck. Beds were comfortable. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t need much.

Great House with lots of space

Seabreeze is a great house for large groups. Each room is very spacious with it's own full bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. The wrap around decks have beautiful views with very comfortable outdoor furniture. It's a bit noisy as you're close to the power plant, but it really didn't bother us much - it drowns out the constant calls from the roosters :). The house is equipped with every kitchen appliance/tool you would need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Harbour Island and would stay at Seabreeze again.

Awesome place for family or friends to gather to share some great time together

This house was perfect for our group of friends, especially with a hurricane watch! The whole house was well appointed. We took advantage of the gas range/ovens to bake our own bread and cookies and breakfast casseroles. We grilled steaks on the outdoor grill and shared lots of meals on the large dining table. Some of us lounged around and read books on the wrap around porches while others got massages on the porch on the other side of the house. We kept up with the news and weather sitting on the comfy sofa and watching the large screen TV, and every bedroom had its own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were so roomy they could have each housed a family which gave us all privacy when we wanted it. The host and staff were super helpful in showing us around the island to get our bearings. The island had lots of great restaurants and things to do. Everyone in the group agreed that we need to go back. We had a blast!

I am the proud father of three wonderful children. We love the Bahamas and have been coming down to Harbour Island for 25 years, when we first spotted this property. The house was built as a dream to share with like minded families and friends who wanted a luxurious holiday on a quiet island with lots of things to do and one of the best beaches in the world.
Scuba Diving, sailing, swimming, or just a day at the beach, you can't do better than Harbour Island and Seadreamhouse.

I bought this property and developed it as a family home. The view of the sunsets from either of the wrap around balconies is nothing short of spectacular with a 360 view of the island. I come from a large family and wanted a place where all of us could share and get together to enjoy this wonderful island, the great weather, fabulous beaches and not feel like we needed to go out every evening for expensive dinners and drinks.

This was built and designed as a family/group home holiday spot. We cater to family get togethers or large extended families or groups of families who want to travel together. The house has a large kitchen/living room area ideal for dinners and lunches while others can watch TV sit outside with a drink or play games on the tables. Casual, yet friendly the decor speaks to a home away from home with over-sized beds, individual bathrooms and the convenience of cooking at home. It is walking distance to the beach, the town and tennis courts and basketball courts.
